The home's lowest level has a bathroom fit for a spa experience with a large soaking tub and private sauna. The main floor's spacious open living area has plush sofas surrounding a wood stove and a big flatscreen TV - perfect for grabbing an extra blanket and curling up with some cable and hot cocoa. Children will love the designated play nook with a kids' table, board games, and books. A Pack-N-Play, baby gates, changing table, and booster seat are all provided so parents can travel light. Whether it's time for a snack or a gourmet four-course meal, this roomy, well-equipped kitchen has you covered; and a bonus center island provides ample counter space, an extra sink, built-in storage, and a six-seater breakfast bar. For more formal family mealtimes, a modern industrial-style chandelier illuminates the farmhouse dining table. In the loft, skylights shine over the additional bedroom.

Bartlett Home

We stayed at the house for 5 nights over 2024 Feb break. The house has a great location and easy access to North Conway and the ski areas. The check-in was simple and timely. The layout of the home works ok, but keep in mind there is no bathroom on the main level. The home has potential but is very tired. There are two sets of bunk beds and one ladder was missing a stair and the other was not safe to use (extremely wobblily and screwed to the lower portion). Neither would be a good option for kids in the middle of the night. Speaking of night, there were no working lights by the main door or outside deck making it very challenging to enter at night. There was no toaster in the kitchen and if you buy wood for the wood stove, make sure you have your own matches and good luck getting the wood into the stove as it is a very small fire box. Vacasa reached out to me upon check in to ensure we had no issues and I communicated some general cleanliness concerns as well as the missing toaster and no outside lights. They told me they would send someone during our stay to address these items but that never happened. I hate posting negative feedback but want others to know what to expect.

Great ski home

I visited with my three kids for three nights over February break. The house was well appointed, clean, and provided everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space for me and my three kids! The main floor which includes the kitchen and living room has plenty of space for everything to be together comfortably. It was great!

Great stay, beautiful house, convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean. A huge bonus is sauna. We used it after skiing. Attitash is located in 15 minutes drive from house, Bretton Woods in 40 minutes. Everything was perfect. Would be great to have a grill available.

Perfect home base

This home was a wonderful home base for our family to explore the North Conrad area. The house was clean and well equipped for kids, as well as offering a kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals at home. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet Retreat

Place was easy to find. Clean. Comfortable beds. Bonus sauna in the place. Although we did not use it. Location of the house avoided the long traffic line going into North Conway. Place could use an outdoor grill. Also it needed more everyday drinking glasses. Overall a great stay. I will rent this place again.
