The entrance opens into a living space with a dining area, a sofa bed (140x190 cm), smart TV, and direct access to the terrace.
The west-facing terrace features an outdoor dining space.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen has a pass-through window to the living room and a glass door opening onto the terrace as well.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe, and also has direct access to the terrace.
A shower room and separate WC complete the layout.
The decor is understated and elegant, with well-organised spaces to ensure everyday comfort.

From Cannes Train Station: 10 minutes by car or about 30 minutes on foot
