The Modern is perfect for small families, offering a cozy retreat for up to 4 guests. The open-concept living and dining area features 18-ft vaulted ceilings, tall windows, and sliding glass doors that invite natural light to flood the space and bring the beauty of the outdoors right to your doorstep 🌅🌿. The all-white kitchen is a chef’s dream, with quartz counters, bar stool seating at the island, stainless steel appliances, Bosch oven and range, a discreet refrigerator/freezer behind cabinet doors, pantry space, and a farmhouse sink—everything you need to create a culinary masterpiece 🍳✨.

Both king suites are designed for ultimate comfort, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring walk-in showers and one suite even boasts an oversized soaker tub for the ultimate relaxation experience 🛁💆‍♀️.
