My husband and two kids had a wonderful Fall Break here. The condo was in a perfect spot, not too far from anything. We were worried about beach toys and getting stuff to the beach since we flew, but Paula had all of that. We used a wagon, the beach toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas. It was so nice to have to haul anything. We plan to come back!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Ralph and Paula did a great job of making sure had a great experience at the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The condo is in a perfect location to easily get around the island. The convenient location is a huge plus - a beautiful pool and beach within walking distance. The condo is equipped with all a family needs to get started - paper products, dish detergent, towels, shampoo, body soap - just to name a few. The view from the master bedroom and balcony is gorgeous and peaceful. We look forward to staying with this host again next year.

Property was nicer than pictured, very clean and a short walk to the beach. The screened balcony with not only an entrance to living area, but access from master bedroom was a pleasant surprise. Hosts were friendly and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We loved staying here. Everything was well taken care of and very clean. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay on Sanibel Island. The view from the rental is lovely and you can enjoy the view and the sound of the ocean from the Lanai. I stayed here with my husband and daughter and we all loved it. My daughter loved having her own room and bathroom.

We had an amazing stay!Paula was an incredible host and kept us in the loop about everything regarding the condo and amenities. The location is super close to the beach, plus the swimming pool was really nice. Inside, the place was quiet, relaxing, and the beds were very comfortable. Our favorite part of the condo was definitely the screened-in patio, the ocean view is the perfect way to start or end the day. Highly recommend for a Sanibel getaway!

The condo was fabulous! This is in a great location with a view of the ocean, and a short walk to the pool and the beach. The pool facilities are clean and the pool was fairly quiet, even for spring break week. Our hosts reached out multiple times to check on our stay. We had a great time!

The condo is beautiful, we loved staying here! Close to the beach, we could see the beach from our condo. Good instructions on how to get there and get into the condo. It was clean, very modern, everything worked great. Well stocked with towels and beach towels and lots of beach supplies to use. Quality dishes and utensils, everything we needed in the kitchen! Appliances all seemed fairly new and were very clean. Very close to the beach, and the beach was wonderful! We would absolutely stay here again!
