Absolutely! I believe I spoke to Linda. She was very accommodating and the whole experience was great. The view was amazing and the access to this unit was great. The decor and the furnishings were perfect. Loved our time there.

A Sanibel week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great. Note that this is in Sundial East and is apparently not part of Sundial Resort and Spa. The (3) Sundial East pools are not operating and if you want to use the main resort pool it costs an additional $25 per person, per day. That was the only disappointment.

Spring break vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had a beautiful view and beautiful surroundings. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels, chairs, floats, boogie boards, and even flashlights for night time shelling! The only con was that the air conditioner had to be set at 74 and you could not put it lower. Although there were fans throughout to cool everything down, it was difficult to sleep each evening. Everything else was perfect. Check in was easy and they accommodated our early arrival.

This is a beautiful condo with owners who genuinely care about their guests experience. We do want to clarify that there are no restrictions regarding the AC. Guest may set the temperature to any temperature they would like. We do recommend that tempters are not set below 74 during the summer time when temperatures are at its peak, as a precaution to not freeze up the system causing it to shut down. Beautiful apartment with a pretty view

The apartment was immaculate, stylish and had everything you could possibly want in a well stocked kitchen. It had a lovely view from the main living area and the master bedroom with a generous veranda. Super comfortable beds! We could not have wished for more! BUT on the downside, it was not made clear enough to us (in my opinion) that staying on this desirable Sundial resort gave us none of the privileges that we had hoped for - like using their rental equipment, the pool, gym etc. This was because we booked through a private agent and not through Sundial themselves. The resort - like just about everywhere else on the Island, really requires a car to get anywhere. Or be fit enough and happy enough to ride a bike. Between booking the apartment on VBRO and hearing from the rental company, my contacts seem to have changed. This was very confusing. I also felt very frustrated that after driving for hours to get to the apartment there were no clear instructions that our own parking place actually existed - let alone a clue of where to find it, and a rough idea where to find the apartment. Whoever we were letting this (not cheap) apartment from was also rather stingy with dishwasher tablets (2) and toilet rolls. So rather annoyingly for such a short stay, we had to buy more - as well as rinse aid for the dishwasher which was completely out. I messaged in advance of my stay to ask whether there was any beach chairs available with the apartment. Actually did not get any reply. Bought a pair and then found a very well stock room with about 8 beach chairs, brollies and beach toys. The no-se-ums were beyond a joke and I was covered in bites after just one week. So all in all, a wonderful apartment in a limited setting with agents who could have done more to assist in advance.

Best condo on the island!

Such a lovely place to vacation! As beautiful as the pictures online and very clean. Also, there was a collection of anthing one would need for the beach. The covered parking spot was so nice. Very quiet. We will be back!

Sundial Sanibel

The grounds were in excellent shape. The condo was well taken care of and cleaned well. The porch gave an excellent and relaxing view of the Gulf of Mexico. There was plenty of room for 5 people.

Girls’ Getaway

This condo was amazing. It is very well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and the view was incredible. We actually used the den as a third bedroom which worked very well. We had no issues with anything in the condo. Our vacation was awesome!

Feel Problems Should Not Have Happened

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Received a phone call on the drive down. Washer and dryer were broke, getting a new one on Monday.Got into condo, discovered AC was broke that night, terrible night of sleep as condo went to 8o degrees. Called hotline , no response. Called again an hour later, finally got the rep. Called service , they came out in afternoon, said they could not fix it with no authorization but did temp fix. Monday, W&D came , my wife stayed with rep and tech. Never tested it, she asked why, they said it was fine. Monday night, AC broke again, another miserable night. Called again and same tech sent out. This time he was authorized to fix and did. Took an hour. He said leaking freon from corrosion leaks. Tuesday, went to use W&D, did not work. Called rep, came out, water supply never turned on (would have noticed that with a test run). First 4 days, significant problems and 4 days waiting for techs. Good side, reps were nice and accommodating but needed better followup and we can't help but think AC issue was not new (listed in 2019 review).Rep told us they can monitor the temps from online but obviously no one did. The AC also does not work in bedrooms unless doors left open. Lack of decent size throw rugs too(?). Reps did help me out with printing some office docs in their office which was very nice. One brief mention of compensation, nothing afterwards. We have stayed at Sundial almost 3 dozen times in 20 years with various renters. Unit is pretty but smaller, one of the lesser we have stayed in for that price and the problems just accentuated it.Plus side pool closet is very handy. We were told had to be out by 10 am because cleaning crew gives unit extra attention when cleaning. Left at 11, no sign of cleaners.

Perfect place to stay

The unit was very spacious and clean and updated. It had 2 bedrooms. 1 had a king bed and a master bath with double sinks. The other had 2 full beds and a full bath in the hallway. Unit had a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Stocked with extra towels, pillows, and beach towels. Gorgeous view of the property and beach. My only complaint is that the listing should say it DOES NOT include Sundial Resort Amenities as a heads up. But it did have a storage unit with beach chairs, several umbrellas, with umbrella holders to corkscrew in the sand. It also has it's own parking spot next to the unit. Also had boogie boards, noodles, beach cooler. This is helpful if you plan to go to other beaches on the island as I didn't see any beaches that rent out beach chairs/umbrellas. Just a short walk over to Baileys Market place that you can do a quick shopping trip for necessities, and they serve breakfast items and coffee. The main building has the restaurant for a breakfast buffet that was very tasty with a good view and outdoor seating as well.

Lovely dead of winter family beach trip

Leaving the island is difficult and why would you want to?! The kitchen is well appointed, the beach is accessible, the beach gear is adequate and provided as part of the rental, and the view from the porch is wonderful. Every restaurant we visited was good - try Jerry's grocery store - there is a coffee shop, ice cream shop, surf shop and liquor store to go with the groceries. The lighthouse makes a great background for a picture, the kayaking at Tarpon Bay Explorers and Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve are super fun.

Great place to stay

Everything went smoothly and the place was extremely clean with more than you could ask for in the kitchen and the rest of the unit. This is really a great place to stay with easy access to the beach and all the other amenities at the resort.

Did not cook in the unit but I think housekeeping could do a much better job cleaning the stainless. Only issue I saw was that one of the owners door closet was damaged and one of your folks were there to deliver a toaster so we both have pictures of the damage upon our arrival. We brought our own beach gear so did not access their closet. The red tide was awful but you have no control of that.

Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nicely designed. Washer and dryer in the unit was a nice feature! The storage room was a nice bonus to keep our beach chairs and toys without lugging them upstairs. It was well stocked with ample chairs, floats, toys, umbrellas. Overall, this unit was awesome and helped us relax while on vacation!
