The cabin was spacious, had 2 levels of nice outdoor porches which were great for that morning cup of coffee and a there were beautifiul view of the mountains. It was also really close to both Gatlinburg and Pigoen Forge, so there was plenty to do. Our family really enjoyed the trip

This place is an excellent choice located right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There is so much room inside and a beautiful view from the large decks outside. And after fun filled days in town we relaxed with a movie in the theatre roomThe property owners were such wonderful host and so quick with any question we had. This will be my first choice when I choose another visit to the Smokey Mountains.

The place was adorable with gorgeous views. There was a bag of dirty linen left in the living room by the housekeepers. No instructions how to use the hot tub. Some jets did not work. Not sure if they were broken or we were just not knowing how to turn the rest of them on. 2 out of the 3 jet tubs did not work. The one-bedroom remote was needed batteries that we had to purchase. There was some issues with traveling with a pet. I had selected the box that I was traveling with a dog while I was searching properties. I paid in full assuming all was good. Even purchased the insurance. Then just days before my trip the owner reached out asking for 200 more because of the dog. I was annoyed because I had marked that on my criteria and it should have already been included in the price when I paid in full. I was also annoyed she waited just 2 days before our trip to bring this to my attention when I had been reaching out with communication several times prior. Also she then wanted all the vet records ect for my dog which is fine and I gladly provided them but again waiting so close to the scheduled trip, I thought was rude. Notice would have been nice. I reluctantly paid the extra 200 even though I felt I should not have needed to. It really stinks to find out days before your trip that they want more money when you had paid in full according to all your documentation. Especially in today's economy when you have your vacation funds budgeted.

The cabin was great. Spacious kitchen was great for our family. All the rooms were good sizes and every room had their on bathrooms. I would recommend this cabin and would stay there again. It is as advertised. Also very close to Dolly Wood and Pigeon Forge.

The cabin itself is outstanding except the fireplaces are all gas. The pilot would not stay lit so we did not have that cozy fireplace feeling - otherwise we loved it!!!
