Simple, clean, hip studio. Murphy bed w full size mattress. Keypad, gated enteries. 450 sq ft. Utilities paid. Waterfront under construction but will be a go to! Craftwarehouse with crafts and brews! Marina for deep sea fishing and boating. Recommend having a car. There's a bus stop a few small blocks away at 19th and Patton but in LA you will want a car to get around. Tons of free street parking right around property. We recommend using Uber or UberX for transportation or renting a car. We love Uber! Rent fabulous cars using TURO! Ask for links

Not a place to stay just lacks cleanliness

Stayed here for a little bit more then a month. I was a little worried at first because the posted pictures of the apartment were screen shots of pictures. Those worries were put to rest after the easy check-in. Apartment lacked cleanliness due to the amount of hair found from other occupants and the dirty floors. The point of contact for the apartment was very responsive and a new couch was place in the apartment, which was a plus. The neighborhood is not the best, but the neighbors were nice. The walls are a bit thin so noise from other apartments was hear quiet frequently. All in all this place was worth the money!
