Excellent house and good location

This was our 3rd stay and all were very enjoyable. Good location with short walk to the beach but away from the traffic noise. Good back yard and patio with gates and good for our small dog. Highly recommended.

Once again, a great place to holiday

This is our second stay in the same house in Ormond by the Sea. We came back because the house, fenced garden, and location are ideal for our needs. We will be there again in 2025 and look forward to a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended. K&S.

Vacation Home while house hunting

We recently moved from out of state and this was home while we looked for and found a new house. As an added bonus it served as a vacation house after selling our old home. The hosts were super accommodating, the property was exactly as advertised, and honestly we couldn’t have had a better experience.

Very nice and comfortable house, good location.

The owners have done a great job on the house. Decoration, furniture, and appliances in the house are new and in very good condition. The main bedroom (with en-suite) has been remodeled and was very convenient with a walk-in shower. The house was spotless when we arrived, the garden looked great (despite frost damage to some plants) and the fenced back-yard was excellent for out West-Highland Terrier. The neighborhood is quite and the people living on the street were pleasant and friendly. We really liked the area, which is not built-up and even offers good views of rocket-launches from the front porch. We like this house and the owners, and plan to be back next year. In summary, excellent and the best VRBO property that we have stayed in; highly recommended.
