I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced upon arrival. Not being able to access the property after a long trip, especially after hours, is understandably upsetting. While I’m glad our Arizona team was eventually able to assist you with an alternate code, it’s clear that the communication breakdown and lack of timely local support did not meet the level of service we strive to provide. We are currently reviewing what happened with our after-hours process and local team to ensure this kind of delay doesn’t occur again.
