Like living in a tree house; light filled and airy with views all around of mountains, sky, water, trees, lights, sunsets. Gorgeous!

The Great Room has vaulted ceilings, a well appointed kitchen, dining area and lots of comfortable seating.

Big windows invite you out to the view deck through the kitchen view window and the sliding glass door with expanse of sky and trees. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, bowls, dishwasher, big refrigerator, gas stove, coffee pot, toaster oven.

The high ceilings and view windows of living/dining room show off downtown Bellevue and the Cascade mountains. Furnishings include a sofa (can turn into a fourth (full) bed), leather chairs, a table that extends to seat six, and a flat screen TV.

The primary bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, with a fan, luxury queen bed and love seat, closet, dresser and washer/dryer.

The Office/second bedroom has a desk, bookcase, single bed, closet and dresser. It boasts a big view window over the garden to Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier.

The Loft bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and desk, ceiling is low. The Loft is above the Office, 2nd bedroom. These two rooms with beds are closed off, with solid doors, from the master bedroom and from the living room. The Loft is a favorite space for its comfort, charm and the feeling of ‘away from it all'.

The gorgeous, big bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and a separate corner shower.

Located on the entire top floor of a lovely house with a large private garden in the Ravenna neighborhood, a Seattle favorite for its friendliness and convenience, with easy walks to restaurants, cafes, PCC and MetroMarket for groceries, the University Village, Burke-Gilman Trail, Children's Hospital and the University of Washington campus, Lake Washington parks and more.

*Refundable deposit for cleaning, damage and disruption will be added for longer stays, ranging from $100-$500.

*Available for stays of up to 90 days with a monthly discount September to June, negotiable for longer after a review. Monthly discount does not apply in July and August.

*Cleaning fee depends on length of stay. Minimum $50.

The Ravenna View Apartment is located 1-1/2 blocks from three major bus lines, including express to downtown Seattle.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, the house and garden feel like a sanctuary and the location is ideal. There is off-street parking available.

You'll have your own on-site/off-street parking space, access to the garden, patio and gas grill.

Pets may be considered. Ask in advance. If approved, a pet fee will be assessed. You are responsible for providing bedding, dishes and towels and proper food storage, and to clean up after your pet if approved.
*Guest count includes adults, teens, children, infants, toddlers and babies. An additional guest fee of $20 per night for adults after three. Children under ten are half.
