New! Ocean Front 1BR w/ bunks, 3 pools hot tubs!

Welcome to "Salty Beach" Condo! A newly listed & freshly decorated Gulf Front 1 BR, sleeps 6! 1st building next to the Navarre Pier. Located on the 4th floor. There are 2 elevators. Walking distance to nearby restaurants. Amazing views of the Gulf, sunrise & sunset. HS internet with smart TVs. Three pools (one heated) & three hot tubs!

Complimentary daily beach service: (SEASONAL) Mar-Nov
Includes two chairs, one umbrella, one folding table.
Includes stand-up paddleboard or kayak for 1 hour daily.
The space
There are 4 Roku tv's - the master has a 55 inch, a 65 inch in the living room and the bunk beds have their own 25inch tv's. Cable and WIFI are provided.

The bedroom has a new king bed, night stands with lamps, and a dresser for your clothes. There is an attached updated bathroom and closet.

In the hallway you will find twin bunk beds each with their own tv. The 2nd bathroom is just beyond the bunks with a new marble tile shower and washer/dryer.

The living room has a brand new twin sleeper sofa as well as a full sleeper sofa. There is a 65 inch Roku TV. A dinning table that seats 6. There are also 3 bar stools.

All linens are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The balcony has 3 new bar height Adirondack chairs & 2 tables that overlook the pool area with an incredible view of the Gulf and the Navarre pier.

There are 3 pools (one is always heated seasonally) 3 hot tubs, bathrooms at each pool. The beach access is just beyond the pool area. Beach service is provided March - October which includes 2 chairs, 1 umbrella, 1-hour of kayak or paddle board, per day!

There is a gym and gift shop in building 3 for you to enjoy. There is also a trash chute conveniently outside the front door of the unit, next to the elevator, for your convenience.

Wonderful Vacation

My family and I took a short trip to Navarre for spring break. It was more enjoyable than we ever expected. This condo was just perfect for our kids. They LOVED the tvs in each bunk and stayed there when we weren’t outside. They had a few beach toys our kids enjoyed playing with while at the beach. The place was easily accessible as we had to come and go often. The condo felt like a home away from home! We will be planning to return!

We had a nice stay. The Condo was the perfect size for two senior citizens. We come to relax, listen to the waves and sit on deck and watch the happenings in the water and eat great food. We do not get in the sun and walking on sand is difficult for my husband that uses a cane. The first few days were beautiful but the rain began and temperatures dropped. It did not bother us at all. The only issue we had was trying to operate the TV. Very confusing for us. We could never get national news on ant local channels and could not find how to watch Netflix, HBO, Paramount, etc. Maybe make a TV help checklist or directions. Of course teenagers could figure it out easily….not a couple that are 76 and 82. Thankfully we had our State newspaper on line and our phones and IPad for use. It would have been nice to have enjoyed TV more. That was our only issue. We have loved Navarre for years and your Condo is perfect for the view of Pier. Thank you for the help when I had questions.
