Great place to stay would definitely stay again. Had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable, great shower and amenities. Love the balcony view and great access to the beach .

The room was clean and well stocked with basic essentials and accommodates a family well. It is close to the elevator so it’s a bit noisy in the main bedroom in the early night hours and could use a better light/noise barrier on the window facing the breezeway. The view is exceptional, beach access very nicely provided, proximity to the pier was fun.

This condo was relatively clean. There was mold inside the countertop ice maker. There is an old cabinet in the shower/laundry room that seriously needs to be replaced. Outside of that this condo is nice. Had no issues sleeping. Room darkening curtains were great. Kitchen had the basics. I had no plans of cooking so we used the bare minimum. Condo was the perfect size for two ppl. Would be good for a small family with young children since it has bunk beds.

The rental was directly on the beach with a nice gulf facing balcony , furnished with a table and four high stools, and two Adirondack chairs. It was perfect for relaxing in the mornings with coffee for quiet time/prayer time, and breakfast while dolphin watching!! The condo was very clean. Alittle strong scented at first, not a bad scent, just strong. It did fade some after the first day. The host was very easy to work with and always quick to response when questions asked. The check in instructions werent completely clear , so we had a little glitch with the code/door when first arriving, but the host was quick to get it straight, and it was smooth after that. It did have an in unit washer and dryer if needed. Kitchen had most anything you need to cook and function comfortably. The recliners didn't recline but were still over all comfortable for us. The beds were alittle soft but comfortable. Having an elevator for use was so helpful. The beach chairs and umbrella being available as an option for rental was so nice to have… surely helped not having to lunge some down daily and set up. The pool/hot tub area was clean. The beach itself was very clean and beautiful. We would return and rent this unit again, if available and we had the same party size as this trip.

The View was breathtaking and the bed slept very good. The TV was very good. The furniture wasn't very comfortable to sit. Two recliners wouldn't recline and very old. The bathtub/shower was very slick, nothing to hold on to.

Great location for a getaway. Everything is a short drive away and can even walk with a few places right by Summerwind. Loved our beach vacation this year!

This property was right on the waterfront and is an easy walk to the beach. The condo was very clean all except the previous tenants did not take out the trash. Beach chairs were not included with the rental, but it was very easy to get chairs rented. I definitely recommend the stay

Wonderful Getaway

The listing was exactly as described on the listing. Clean, comfortable and spectacular views. The initial code for the keyless entry gave us some hiccups upon arrival, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
