The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A suite with a kitchenette (with fridge, hob, ice maker and dishwasher), a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite shower room with WC.
- A dormitory sleeping four, including a double bed (140x190) and a bunk bed (2 single beds)

1st floor:
- A 70 m² living room with TV, sofas, armchairs and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with two fridges and freezers with wine compartment, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2: with twin queen-size beds (160×200) and en suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: with twin queen-size beds (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 4: master bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room (with shower and WC) and sea view.
- A sauna and gym are available
- Separate WC


For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 12m x 4m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from April to the end of September, with overflow and alarm.
- A 300 m² south/south-west-facing garden and terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Bastelicaccia, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 8 vehicles).
