I'm a bit surprised you rated us only 4 stars on house rules when it clearly states this is a no smoking and no parties property. The rules are in place for the enjoyment of everyone in the building. We are strict about the rules, but still allowed your family to remain a guest even after admitting to Marijuana use and having a birthday party.

Convenient location and nice apartment

The apartment was in a very convenient location for me (needed access to the circle every day). The property manager's communication was top-notch. He answered any of my questions within minutes, check-in to see how things were going, and provided recommendations for places to check out in the area. Checking in and out was very simple. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Quiet and Comfortable place to sleep

I see why this place is a favorite for travel nurses and students. It's a very clean and quiet unit that is walking distance to Case Western University, the VA, and University Hospital. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well, which was important since I was in town for business. I had everything I needed in the unit and the host was very responsive. It was only a 10 min walk to tons of restaurants on Euclid Ave which was convenient since I don’t like driving that much. As for restaurants, if you like tacos, you have to go to Tacologist Tacos for some excellent tacos and margaritas. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Cleveland.

Good location

This property is indeed very close to University Circle, so it is easy to get downtown as well as to get to other locations of interest. We had a nice time and would recommend this property. Host was very engaged and helpful.
