About this property

Beautiful recently updated 4 bedroom, 2 bath first floor condo with large, open floor plan and newer furniture, huge covered front deck and an elevator! Brand new quartz countertops, backsplash and updated kitchen. The whole home was repainted January 2023. We have everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal or your favorite take out.

4 spacious bedrooms to enjoy with brand new mattresses and updated decor. Master room has a queen bed with private bath and private balcony off the back of the house. 2 other rooms with queen beds and 1 room with a twin over full bunk with a trundle comfortably sleeping 4! Enjoy a private 2 car garage with indoor shower to rinse off after a fun beach day!

Our home comes fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We provide bath and hand towels to use during your stay. We also provide 8 beach tags, 8 beach chairs, 2 adult bikes, multiple boogie boards, 2 umbrellas, 1 wagon, and various sand toys. ***New for 2024, will be providing linen service. When you book, please message me if you are interested in this service. Cost is $150/week.***
Steps to the beach and boardwalk, there are no streets to cross! Literally steps to the water park (same block), 1 block to Gillians amusements and just a short walk to the shops on Asbury, The Hobby Horse Ice Cream Parlor, Kohr Brothers, Dunkin’ Donuts, McDonalds, Manco and Manco Pizza and many other amazing restaurants and stores.

A great time of year in OCNJ!

We found the house to be well-maintained and well supplied. Love the front porch and the easy access to the boardwalk and beach. A great location! We didn’t love the mattress on the bed in the back left bedroom, but overall everything else was superb! We had a great week! A great host with whom it was easy to communicate.

Family Summer Vacation

We loved the house, it was comfortable and easy to rest in. The location was perfect. We had family coming together from various states and it was easy to find, unpack and settle in. We highly recommend this house!!

Great house and owners!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is in a great location on beach block right near the water park. It is a short walk to the beach. There are some toys for the kids already in the house and a great bunk room that our kids adored. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/containers making meal prep a breeze. There were plenty of extra blankets/ pillows for everyone if they needed an extra. The owner is super responsive and wonderful to work with!
