Beautiful apartment house "Susanna", 3 storeys. In the district of Zer Bännu, 800 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (extra). Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery 800 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 400 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 950 m. Mountain railway, slopes, ski rental, ski bus stop 400 m, ice rink 900 m. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.
3-room apartment 98 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position. Spacious and bright, beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Wonderful property with a great view of the Matterhorn

We had a great experience here…the views are amazing and the apartment is very spacious for a family of 4. We had a little issue with the internet not working, but it was fixed (even on a day when the rental office was closed). The laundry room is shared in the basement, but I was able to use it anytime I needed to with no issue. There is a steep hill to climb if you plan to walk; not a problem for us, and there is also the option to call a taxi. Overall, great apartment and we would stay again.

Lovely chalet apartment

Check in was a bit difficult because the entrance to the property was actually beneath another building. Also the buildings don’t have house numbers on them so when the taxi driver left us, we had a difficult time finding the correct building. We arrived at night and after a little frustration we called Interhome and they guided us through the process. We loved the apartment! It was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. It was easy to walk to the historic city center and also the train stations. Thank you for hosting us!

Very clean and actually more charming than the pictures show. It is quite a walk up the property from the main part of town, especially when you have to check in at the main office. We ended up taking taxis most of the time (especially with luggage and winter weather).

We enjoyed the stay for our family of 4. There was plenty of space and a well appointed kitchen. The laundry room is shared in the basement, but I never had an issue using it when I needed to. We had a little problem with the internet not working, but it was fixed promptly, even on a day when the rental office was closed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Super appartement avec vue sur le Cervin. Il est spacieux et pratique. Balcon avec table pour 4-5 convives très ensoleillé. On regrettera la mauvaise qualité des matelas en mousse dans la chambre parentale. Une voire deux casseroles supplémentaires de plus grande capacité seraient souhaitable.

Die Wohnung am Hang bietet eine schöne Aussicht aufs Matterhorn. Die Räumlichkeiten sind gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet/ausgerüstet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Boden schien nicht feucht gereinigt worden zu sein.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, geräumige Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung im Haus Susanna bietet enorm viele Platz, eine super Ausstattung und eine tolle Sicht auf das Matterhorn. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Einzig der Fernseher ließ sich nicht in Betrieb nehmen- aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit

Appartamento ben arredato, spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Vista sul Matterhorn dal balcone adiacente il soggiorno. Ski room comoda all'ingresso. 15 min a piedi dalla partenza cabinovia Sonnega o dalla stazione dei treni.
