About this property

3 Houses on the River

Three separate houses right on the Withlacoochee River! The first is a spacious loft with two queen beds with a room divider for privacy.
The second is a two king sized bedroom home with a lanai that overlooks the river. It's got a full kitchen, a beautiful stone fireplace that's perfect for cooler nights, and a cozy outdoor nook with a roof to enjoy the view.
The third house is what we like to call "The Tree House." It's a two bedroom loft with a cypress tree staircase. It also boasts a large stone fireplace, a large luxurious tub with shower and a separate outdoor shower!
All three homes share a spacious multi-level deck, firepit, kayaks, and laundry room.

This rental also comes with kayaks and paddleboards on the Crystal River to visit Three Sisters Springs and swim with the Manatee! As an added bonus, it's only two hours from Disney for a great day trip!

Our three generation family enjoyed spending time together here over Thanksgiving. The host was very helpful and responsive in answering all of my questions. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen …especially the pumpkin spice Kcups! The deck was a favorite gathering spot and was large enough for our extended family from Ocala and the Villages to join us for Thanksgiving dinner. Fishing and the fire pit were a hit with the younger generation. The 3 Houses on the River was a perfect spot to relax and unwind before the Christmas chaos begins!

Excellent place to stay with a large family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Inglis at these houses. We had a large family reunion so these houses were perfect. Everyone had enough space and was very comfortable. The deck out back was so nice to hang out with everyone. Thank you for having us we will definitely be back.

This was a wonderful place for families to gather. We had my sons family, my nephew as well as my 85 year old mother. All enjoyed this vacation. Plenty of room and everyone had their own beautiful well maintained home. The grounds were lovely. The deck overlooked the river where we enjoyed kayaking and fishing. We saw manatees and alligators. The fishing was wonderful. We all had a great time.

Christmas family reunion

This place is so beautiful, perfect to relax and have fun. The river, the deck, fishing, riding the bikes on the country roads, the fire pit, the absolutely stunning stars ( the children didn’t want to sleep and stayed up late at the fire pit talking and watching stars - without cell phones). The tree house is gorgeous. There was plenty of space for all of us. Very clean! The owner super nice! We are all talking about coming back here. It was an excellent experience!!!

Fishing Reunion

Excellent base camp for fishing and golfing event. Eight guys had a blast. We hired one of the best guides in the business. Captain Katie Jo Davies. She guides nearby out of Yankeetown Marina. Everything was close and nearby. Three separate houses on the property enabled everyone there own privacy, fishing off of the back deck, watching alligators and manatees as well. OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! We will be back next year. Thank you also for the amazing homemade cake and bread.

Great Stay on the River!

My friends and I take an annual girls trip each summer, and this was our choice for 2023. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Huge deck looking over the River. Virtually no traffic on the river made it very peaceful. We kayaked using the 6 provided and saw a manatee with her baby while we were out. The three different houses made it easy for our group of 8 to enjoy our individual spaces while still in each other's company. Each house was well stocked with cook ware and basics like toilet paper and towels. Very clean, too. We took a trip to Crystal river on a rented pontoon and enjoyed the nearby springs while we were there, too. We would definitely go again!

Country on the River!

Loved the quiet, private location of this amazing property! Perfect for multi-family vacations! Fully stocked with all the necessities to have a great time on the water. Centrally located to some of FL’s beautiful rivers but not too far for beach days as well. It was a perfect fit for our group.
