No matter the goal for your vacation, this house has what you need: Lake access, Mountain View’s, hot tub, 2 full kitchens and open floor plan. The family room opens to a balcony that overlooks the lake and beautiful Mountain View’s.
Private access to the lake and dock (NOTE: water levels controlled by TVA and generally full from Memorial Day to Labor Day). Do not expect water at the dock Oct-Mar.

family trip

Had no hot water when we arrived, had to take cold showers, then got sick, was repaired late the next day. They left the hose out that they used to drain water heater, the lower level was very cold(should have it's own source of heat). The lower level exit had no outside lights that worked therefore my husband stepped on the left out hose and twisted his back when he almost fell. The activities that we did is when our trip was good. The rental house not so much. Will not stay there again.

Location was good

The house, hot tube, and location was good. The kids liked the kayaks, and paddle boat. The fire wood was a bonus. We had a great time. Thanks for everything.

Husbands birthday

We had 3 7 year olds, and a 17 year old and 4 adults and it slept everyone. Love the fact it has a full apartment in the basement. The kayaks was amazing first time on one and I rocked it lol. Had such an amazing weekend we are actually thinking about booking again for his birthday next month

Great Weekend Getaway

This property is fantastic. The house is stocked with everything (plus more) one needs for a stay away from home. We had to reach out to homeowner one time. Melissa responded immediately. Would definitely recommend this rental! Thank you Chris and Melissa!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home in November 2021 with family members to be a family vacation home and rental property. We loved the fact that it was on a lake and had plenty of sleeping room for 8+ people. Our families have already spent a lot of time there together (12 adults) and we are excited to have others do the same.

In August 2022 we did some remodeling and put all new flooring on the main level, 2nd floor and loft. There is no carpet in the house at all now.
