Beautifully remodeled Condo in the foothills
We are offering a beautifully remodeled, fully furnished, 1 bedroom Condo in a gated community in the foothills.
**We would prefer a minimum 2 to 3 month rental January through March. **
This condo is on the first floor with gorgeous views of the Catalina mountains from our private patio and from our dining room! The condo includes 2 large screen TV's, cable TV, Wifi, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. We have tried to include everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The resort amenities include, heated pools with cascading waterfalls, hot tub and a gym. We are located within walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, hair salon and various other shops. We are down the street from Ventana Canyon Golf Club and near Sabino Canyon Recreation area.
