Beautiful house!

We visited Roswell for a few reasons the main one being my brother and his little family. We had a reunion basically. The house was amazing and beautiful inside and out. The kids and my chihuahua loved playing in the yard. Everyone is still talking about how perfect the house is/was. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Everything was tidy and clean when we got in after a long day of traveling. The table games were enjoyed by everyone in the house. Everything in town is minutes away from where the house is located. Once again thank you for allowing us to all be together under the same roof!

Great stay!

My friend and I met here for the weekend with our 4 kids. We made smores in the fire pit, played games i the back yard and very much enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend if you are looking to visit this quirky little alien town!

Everything it said it would be

the backyard had a nice fire pit with wood all ready for us to use…plenty of supplies and utensils for a comfortable stay. Any questions we had with the host were promptly answered..

Family weekend

A beautiful and clean house with everything we need, we feel at home. It was very nice for us to find some drinks for us in the refrigerator and also some sweets for the children, another thing in the kitchen there were condiments, so I only bought what I needed to cook ,there was from shampoo to laundry detergent, the truth is that I didn’t have much need to buy. Thank you very much Carmen for receiving us that way.

Great Stay

This home could serve as a model home. Very well decorated and furnished. Fully equipped with every appliance and utensil anyone would need. The bed was very comfortable, and bathrooms were excellent.Sammy, our schnauzer, really enjoyed the large back yard. This property was exactly as advertised!!

Hidden Gem

I travel to Roswell frequently for work. I found this listing when all the hotels were booked on a recent trip there. It is quit, clean, comfortable with special touches designed for a comfortable stay. I loved it! I will be staying here again in future travel to Roswell.

Quiet Neighborhood

Beautiful home; Quiet neighborhood; great jumping off place for sightseeing in the area. Loved just walking the neighborhood in the morning as exercise. The game room was very fun when we were ‘home’ in the evenings.

Above and Beyond Expectations

The host provided everything to make us feel right at home. The home was clean, well equipped and ready for our arrival. The outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing. We were in town for a funeral so did not use the game room, but that would be a nice touch for a family trip. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Comfort & Quality

The home was spacious, updated and tastefully decorated. We had our family of 4 and 2 pups staying in the home. Plenty of room. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, securely fenced with grass and shade trees. We had morning coffe on the back patio area which had comfortable and quality outdoor seating. Excellent!!

Picture perfect!

The property was just as pictured as on the Vrbo site. It was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The owners were lovely and pleasant. Expectations of guests were clearly posted at the property. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to stores and restaurants. We were in town to attend our son’s wedding and this was the perfect house for us and our dogs. There were just so many pluses to this property! Loved our stay would come back to this property if ever back in the area.

Nice retreat…

We all agreed we wish we’d stayed under better circumstances for us. The property was clean, comfortable, and just as nice as the images portray. Backyard would have been a great place for a fire and a few beers, but we never really had an opportunity to use it for those purposes. Host was communicative and easy to work with.

Relaxing time in Roswell

House was in immaculate condition. Very comfortable for us and the dogs. Yard was bigger than the photos indicated. Carmen was a gracious host, who did everything to make our two month stay so enjoyable.

Best Rental experience to date

Beautiful and Clean home, beautiful decor. Quiet and peaceful. Visiting Roswell, NM with friends and this was cozier than a hotel can offer at a reasonable price. Highly recommend staying here.

Sunrise Experience: A Gem in the Desert

The Sunrise Experience is an excellent vacation rental property that we would highly recommend to others. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a lot to offer guests. We especially appreciated the backyard oasis, parking our vehicle in the garage, the game room, and the comfortable bed. Here are some specific things we liked about the property: • The backyard is a great place to relax and enjoy the desert weather. We enjoyed spending time around the fire pit and on the back patio. • The home is very clean and well-maintained. The décor is bright and cheery, and we felt right at home with plenty of space to unpack for our nine-night stay. • The bed was comfortable, and we were able to get quality sleep. There was some typical neighborhood noise, but nothing more than we experience at home sometimes. • The property is in a convenient location that is close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. • The property manager, Carmen, was very helpful and responsive to our needs. There is a security camera facing the back patio that did made us feel uneasy. We would have spent more time in the backyard otherwise. Overall, we had a great stay at the Sunrise Experience and would recommend it to others.
