This home is across the pecan orchards in an excellent neighborhood. Trilevel with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry upstairs. There’s one bedroom, shower bath and half bath on the main level. The updated gourmet kitchen has a 13 foot island, Viking stove features a grill, 4 burners and 2 ovens. The kitchen is open to the family room. you can lounge on two full size sofas and two chairs. The sunken game room has two theatre placement sofas. Basketball game, video game, game table & more. The backyard is very large with a 20 x 40 swimming pool, slide and splash pad. Pool open mid April-September. You may add the Man Cave apartment for an additional 175 per night. It features 2 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, laundry room, pool table and poker table.
There are two studio guest houses in the SE corner of the property and are available for rent on Vrbo.

Perfect place for family gatherings

This is second time my family has booked property. Perfect all around, host is very friendly and accommodating. Located in a gorgeous neighborhood away from traffic and noise. The pool was perfect and backyard was spacious for a small family gathering. I HIGHLY recommend in staying in Roswell. Very cleB rooms and amenities

Amazing house! Clean, elegant and beautiful The house is very spacious, and beautifully decorated. The amenities are above and beyond expectation, especially the kitchen, for those who enjoy cooking. The views in front and the back of the house are spectacular. My friends and I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home

The house is spacious, clean and beautiful with an outdoor pool. We used the pool as a gathering location in the evenings. Even though the evenings were warm, we made s’mores on the fire pit. We took full advantage of the large kitchen which has all the amenities of home. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our elderly uncle needed a shower chair and one was provided for us. We could not have picked a better place in Roswell to enjoy our vacation. When we visit again, we will be booking this house.

Family meet up!!!!

Brenda is certainly an amazing person. The communication started before I even checked in which was a delight. I never felt bad when I contacted her. We all got to enjoy our space as it is spread out through the house. I love the den with plenty of seating and comfortable throws. Very organized and clean. Easy to enter and exit the property! We did have three different vehicles on site with no complications.

I love being across from the pecan orchards and watching the sunset through the trees. It’s such a beautiful site.

What makes this property unique

The home is very unique. It has two studios fenced off and private from the main house. You may rent them on Vrbo. It also has a two bedroom apartment attached to the main house that can be added for an additional fee. The home is perfect for large families, reunions and groups.
