Cozy remodeled three bedroom, 2 bath brick home in South Roswell. Bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub, master bath has a large walk in shower. All bedrooms has sleeping accommodations for 2 persons to a room. Charming front yard with porch, large enclosed back patio. Large secured backyard equipped to cook out and picnic. Beautiful flower garden. Breakfast items of your choice provided. Coffee, water and tea available.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure your dishes are i loaded from dishwasher, clean, dry and put back where you found them. .
If your hand washing your dishes, please dry and put away.
At bedtime, please re.ove comforters and leave on the chair, bench, floor, etc. The pillows with shams need to be stacked with folded comforter. If extra pillows needed there are some in the closets.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
please throw all your garbage in trash bin in back alley. The code the gate is 0718 and for $75 pet fees
Please gather your soiled towels and linen and put in a pile.
Please wash your dishes or load in dishwasher and hit start.

The host was responsive and kind during booking, quickly allowed an adjustment to add an extra day. The house was clean and welcoming. We appreciated there was plenty of dishes, towels, and blankets. There were even some toys for kids to play with. Thank you for the great place to stay while visiting Roswell!

Really enjoyed the aesthetic and charm of the home enjoyed using the Jacuzzi tub. The propane tanks were unfortunately out so could not do any grilling but other than that really enjoyed the day. really close to Roswell downtown.

Lovely home in a central location. Host was very responsive. Only one shower available. No ice cubes but wonderful iced glasses in freezer! Thank you. Wonderful to be able to keep car cool in the large garage.

The Farmhouse was a delightful stay. The house was clean, tidy, & cleverly decorated with a farm theme. The neighborhood was a safe environment & the Hosts were very responsive. I hope all our Vrbo experiences are as pleasant & positive as this one.
