SEIGNOSE OCEAN residence le TRINQUART. The apartment features an entrance hall (4 m²) leading to a bright living room with lounge area and fitted kitchen (17.7 m²). The living space opens onto a west-facing balcony with an open view of the dunes and, to the right, the water park – a pleasant spot to enjoy the end of the day.
The kitchen area is equipped with a high table, two-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, and microwave.
The lounge includes a trundle bed and a television.
The cabin-style bedroom (without window) is cleverly arranged with a double bed (140 cm) topped with a single bunk bed, making it ideal for a couple with one child. The bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin, and WC.
This property offers many advantages: recent renovation, functional layout, lively surroundings without direct noise (the water park is set to the right, further away), and a prime location to enjoy everything on foot. The private parking space is especially appreciated in high season. The Seignosse Golf Course is about 3.5 km away.
In the low season, flexible arrival days may be possible, and a heating fee may apply. Bed linen is not included, but you are welcome to bring your own. This property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
