About this property

Beautiful 3000 sq ft home on Boca Ciega bay. Bring your boat or jet skis and ride just minutes out to the Gulf of Mexico and the beach . Rinse off the salt air in our in ground swimming pool with water views of dolphin playing in our backyard. Catch your dinner off our dock, grill it then enjoy you dinner under the tiki hut lights or roast marshmallows s’mores over the fire pit.
The upstairs is an 800 sq ft suite with a 4 person jetted corner tub and separate shower over looking the pool and the bay. 2 separate living rooms, and full kitchen. There’s a master suite on one Side of the house with its own separate bathroom and two bedrooms on the other side of the house with a shared bathroom in the middle and for guests. Make this a romantic getaway or a family event for up to 15 people.
Please note: the pool has solar heat only, so during the cooler months it will get to approximately 70*F. There is not a hot tub. What is pictured is an overflow for circulation.
Disclosure: we have the ring video doorbell with audio.
All other surveillance devices around the exterior are not in operation

The tiki hut fire pit & the grill are available for use. We will provide propane for $35 per tank or you can get them filled yourself.

The pool does not have a hot tub. That is just an overflow for the pool to circulate water. The solar heat gets the pool temp to about 70* now

Cute Place to Stay!

Perfect place to stay in St Pete Beach. Loved everything about this property. Only things we disliked was the pool was dirty and the hot tub was cold. Otherwise a good place to stay!

Paradise?

Overall the property was very nice. The outdoor area has things laying all over. One of the amenities I required was a hot tub and pool. Both were extremely dirty the whole time. Neither warmed up. Upon checkin we had to wait for sheets to make all the beds late night. We knew that at checkin and offer to help make a bed but didn’t know none of them were made. If it were an option I would share photo evidence. I would understand but not at this price. Should only have to pay for 1/3 the stay.

Perfect location for family weekend in the sun.

This was a perfect house and location for our quick family getaway - with a total of nine adults. The master suite upstairs had plenty of space for four of our grown kids: One king bed and two brand new air mattresses that were provided. The master bathroom upstairs was huge! On the main floor, three king size bedrooms (one of them a master suite) were perfect for the other three couples. The kitchen & family area looking over the pool and dock provided plenty of room for us to hang out together when inside. The pool, patio and gazebo were where we spent most of our time. It was too chilly to get into the pool (solar heated only) & what looks like a hot tub is the same temp as the pool (not a “hot tub”). We were excited to see dolphins playing just off the dock on Sunday morning prior to our departure. My only issue was that I was not prepared for the initial pet smell and that all of the pet hair was not properly cleaned/removed before our arrival. We were able to solve the smell by opening up the windows / doors and keeping all ceiling fans on…. Disappointing but certainly not a deal breaker. Overall a great house, location, excellent hosts and family memories that will last a lifetime!
