Charming, quiet and beautiful New England beach house located right in Sand Hills, Scituate. Walk to everything! 4 min walk to Museum Beach, 6 min walk to Sand Hills Beach, 15 min walk to Downtown (shops, restaurants, bars, movie theater, etc) & Scituate Lighthouse and 5 min walk to Scituate Harbor. Please know this is a quiet home in a quiet neighborhood and parties & gatherings are not allowed. Street parking is not allowed but there is space in the driveway for 3 cars max. Please know outside noise is not allowed after 9pm (we can’t disturb the neighbors). Thank you!

Why they chose this property
This is a beautiful home walking distance to everything you'd want in the New England town of Scituate Massachusetts. Great for kids! Please note this is not a party house. This is a quiet home in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are close by and we have to respect that. 8 people maximum can stay at the house. Also please note buses are not allowed on the street for pickup/dropoff of groups. Thank you for understanding!

Beautifully updated New England style cape with 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Gorgeous hardwood floors, gas stove, nice yard & deck, fully furnished and spacious layout for friends and family to enjoy! Everything you need to take to the beach, just 5 minutes walking distance, is at the house - including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, etc.
