What a perfect apartment for our weekend in Scituate! Everything was just lovely, the decor, cleanliness, thoughtful touches (like snacks, coffee, tea) and location were on point. We can’t wait to come back again someday.

Nivea was a great host, easy communication and fast reply. The rental was decorated so nice and the amenities were plenty. Location was a few blocks to front street in Situate. Plenty of places to eat and walkable to every place we wanted to go.i would definitely stay there again. 5 stars!

Lovely property, very clean, private and quiet. Comfortable beds. Everything you need. The stairs to the loft are quite steep and might be a challenge if you have mobility issues.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The host goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. She provided welcome snacks and a note. The property is very clean and thoughtfully furnished with everything you might need. We really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. The host was a kind and responsive communicator. Our kids loved having the upstairs loft space to themselves while my husband and I used the bedroom on the main level.Great location within easy walking distance to town, beaches, and the lighthouse. We would be thrilled to stay here again if we ever return to Scituate.

Great property for a long weekend in Scituate. Well appointed and more spacious than expected.Our 4th grader loved the spiral staircase and having the whole third floor loft to themselves.It’s a short walk to the water and a small beach. Although it’s a bit longer, it is completely walkable to either the lighthouse or into the harbor proper.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. I will give a quick rundown first of what really stuck out to my wife and I: responsive host, homey, great awareness of a traveler's needs and CLEAN!For those who read on, I'm not sure where to start in complimenting the owner's attention to ensuring you can feel at home. Just pack your bags, bring some food to cook because otherwise they had everything. Nivea, our host, was attentive and responded to texts and calls very quickly ... even when our plane was delayed and we arrived very late at night.After walking in the door and finding a tray of snacks (and a bottle of wine) we explored the beautiful, roomy and interesting apartment. While the 1st floor has all you really need, there is also a unique twisting staircase that takes you to good size area in the attic. If your knees are up for it, climbing the stairs is worth it. For us, the kids had a blast having their own area. Finally, we could not believe how clean the house was. We have stayed in a variety of locations but this one was hands down the best kept and clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.Thanks for a great week!
