2 bedroom Cottage, Kitchen with amenities, hardwood floors, area rugs, throughout the cottage. High Speed Internet. The dining area is ample for 4 people. Outside deck with a gas barbecue, picnic table and you can prepare most of your meals. It has family room, inside porch with TV. A washer/Dryer, hair dryer and toaster oven. There is one double bed in each bedroom, containing a closet and dresser. Non- Working Fireplace. Please note that our cottage is a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

Great place to stay near Boston, Plymouth and the Cape.. Quaint town with everything you need within walking distance. Definitely recommend.

My daughter and I we’re visiting the south shore (which we called home for 6 years) and this cottage was the perfect homebase for our week long visit! It was clean, convenient and exactly wheat we were hoping it would be 😊

Great location, great cottage, great owner!

Can't give enough stars to this gem and for Lynne the owner. This a charming, immaculately maintained, reasonably updated family cottage nestled in a nice little neighborhood on Scituate Harbor. Perfect for up to two to three adults (or in our case an adult and two older teens). Walking/biking distance to multiple beaches (harbor is literally at the end of the street), the lighthouse and to town with delightful ocean breezes at night (there is no A/C, so it does get warm inside during humid summer days, but not necessary on most nights really). Back deck and nicely landscaped yard are great for grilling dinner or late afternoon book reading in the shade -- actual bonus usable space that makes the place seem a lot bigger. Lynne the owner is super nice, conscientious, available and attentive -- an absolute pleasure. If you are looking for a quick beach getaway without little kids, Lynne's family cottage has just about all you need. We were there for almost three weeks and HIGHLY recommend!!!

The cottage has been in the family since the 1930's and it gets better each year. It is a treasure and a love.

Why they chose this property

Good Memories happen here. The property is close to the beach and within walking distance to all of Scituate's treasured places. Including Scituate Lighthouse and Scituate Harbor. Restaurants located on Front Street and Jericho serve delicious local flavor. Wake-Up to a hot cup of coffee in the cottage, stroll to the convenient store where all the locals go. On the pier is a local Coffee House with amazing views of the harbor. It is the best neighborhood in Scituate.

What makes this property unique

5 houses away from the beach. Less than a mile from quaint New England Village with restaurants, bars, unique gift shops, supermarket, theater, art gallery, and marina. An opportunity to take a sunset sail of the Scituate Harbor. Go fishing, local brewery and watch the fisherman unload their "catch" on the town pier.
