Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
The accommodation was generally speaking OK and beds comfortable enough.
1 small sofa which wasn’t really enough to 4 people to squeeze on after a long day skiing.
Check in process was awful, vague instructions and when we called for support the person we spoke to had never visited the property so we had no support to find the property.
Cooking itensils limited so I struggled to cook evening meals properly.
No tools available for clearing snow so we had to clear/form a path ourselves which was hazardous as there is no suitable path to the front door.
Check out instructions were confusing as we had 2 different instructions given for locking up. Then the added threat of a fine was stressful if we did not comply with locking up instructions or emptying the bins.
Bin location was so difficult to find and no amenities in walking distance so beware if supplies are needed as this mean a trip to meribel or meribel villages.
We left it clean and tidy and have taken photographs of the chalet as we left it incase we are challenged as per the threatening email received the day before departure.
