Large, cozy, modern furnished attic apartment in the Eckersmühlen district of Roth in the Franconian Lake District.
From here it is only 3 km to Rothsee and 5 km to Roth and Hilpoltstein. The perfect starting point for bike tours on the Main-Danube Canal, Rothsee or on longer tours to Brombach and Altmühlsee. In addition to the swimming facilities, the Rothsee also offers a mini golf course, a bicycle / rickshaw rental, as well as a SUP (StandUp Paddeling) and pedal boat rental. Our guests often also visit the Playmobilland in Zirndorf. Here, too, young and old will get their money's worth.
Our apartment offers space for 2-6 people and has two bedrooms, bathroom (tub, shower, toilet), separate toilet, kitchen, large living / dining area with additional sleeping facilities and a large balcony. Shops such as supermarket, butcher and bakery are also on site.

Wohnung war super sauber.Schlüsselübergabe ohne Probleme.Biomüll habe ich auf die Treppe gestellt,wurde verwertet!!Parken am Haus oder vor dem Haus, kein Durchgangsverkehr.Es war so ruhig!!Mit Kind ideal, Spielplätze, in der Nähe war ein Hof " Auhof" mit Tieren, super!!!

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen FEWO und es hat uns wirklich an nix gefehlt. Alles war super sauber, in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht und die Betten waren mehr als bequem. Alles so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Sehr ruhige Gegend, wo man sich so richtig erholen kann. Nette Gastgeber. Rundum perfekt!!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und die Wohnung geräumig und sauber. Es war alles da, was man so braucht. Die Wohnung liegt gut für Ausflüge an einige Seen und Nürnberg ist bequem mit dem Zug erreichbar. Auch waren wir von der Führung im historischen Eisenhammer beeindruckt, der durch einen kleinen Spaziergang erreichbar ist.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruher Lage
Jeden Morgen auf dem traumhaften Balkon gefrühstückt, dank Markise auch bei viel Sonne sejr angenehm. Kurze Wege zu vielen Seen , ruhige Nachbarschaft, alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. (Seife, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Toilettenpapier, spüli. Tabs usw.)

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung und würden sie sofort wieder buchen. Es ist so ruhig wie bei uns zu Hause und gleichzeitig kommt man überall hin.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung
Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Tolle Umgebung, viele Angebote schnell zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos, ebenso Checkin und Checkout. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Sehr erholsame Gegend, hervorragende Wohnung
Wir waren zwei Wochen da und haben uns ganz hervorragend erholt, sowohl in den Wäldern, an den Seen als auch den nahen Städten Nürnberg, Fürth und Erlangen. Sehr abwechslungsreiche Gegend. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, ist sehr geräumig, super nette Vermieter, alles wunderbar.
