My family and I had the best time over the 4th of July ! Perfect place for family vacation. Lake views were beautiful and plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together. Location was amazing, we loved celebrating the holiday by the water. Host was friendly and responsive. Made amazing memories and would stay again. Highly recommend !

Great house for a larger family we had. Get location and not too far from things you may want to see. Everything you would need for a long stay was there as well, very convenient if you forgot anything. Andy was very responsive if you needed anything.

Returned again to celebrate the holidays at this wonderful home. The layout is great for families, view of the lake is wonderful- we even had good enough weather to use the kayaks!Highly recommend for a fishing trip, summer getaway or family gathering.

Beautiful house and great location on the Bull Shoals reservoir! Our host Andy was great through every aspect of the trip from booking through check-in. We had 4 adults use it as a base for fishing and each had their own room. Modern kitchen, great appliances and great beds and bathrooms. It was 97 degrees outside each day but you’d never know with the great AC working! The walk down to the lake was rocky but very do-able and Andy supplied kayaks, paddles, life jackets, inflatables and even an air pump so we could enjoy the lake in the afternoons. A great jumping off point for excursions. Bull Shoals town was small and its economy is still recovering from COVID but they have a Harps grocery and a Casey’s minimart plus some good restaurants. We’d stay here again with no hesitation

This property went above and beyond any other VRBO I have stayed at. To say this house has everything you need is an understatement. From kids toys to kitchen appliances to a television in every room. We had a blast and it was just as enjoyable to be at the house as it was to be out exploring the area. My kids are already asking when we can go back.

Spacious House and Great View
