The apartment itself is about 650 square feet. A group of adults and children can certainly fit well, but a group of 8 adults might be a tight squeeze.

The apartment boasts 2 separate bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 and #2 - Bedroom 1 includes a king-sized bed and private desk space. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and was a study space converted a bedroom. Please note it has no doors and just a curtain. This cannot be used as a refund. They are decorated with a modern and cozy vibe and are great for couples that value simple aesthetics and privacy or business travelers that need a private space to work.

The apartment has 1 full bathroom with plenty of storage and welcoming water pressure. The bathroom contains a shower tub and is equipped with necessities for the entire group.
★ Parking ★
Guests are able to park for free within the apartment complex parking lot (non-covered only). Plenty of parking is available for the entire group.

Getting around is quick and easy. The apartment is situated between major access highways as well as major local roads, with great food and shopping all around. Downtown Austin is just minutes down the road. There is FREE parking on-premise.

The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as noise detector inside the property.
Please note as well that the pool is closed due to renovation. Tentative completion date
