The inside of the house was very clean. Had everything you’d need and more. Location was close to downtown but not quite the walkable neighborhood we were hoping for but that was not a big deal at all. Overall would definitely stay again. Very much appreciated the communication from the host

The inside of the property was very nice. The owner responded quickly to my requests. The outside of the home needed some TLC. We were surprised by the conditions of some of the homes in the neighborhood.

Great location and house!

We had a great stay here. Plenty of room and we were very comfortable here. It was a great base point to do things in Lexington and on the bourbon trail. Owners were very responsive and communication was great. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean and rooms were sizable. Beds and pillows were fine. The snacks she left for us came in handy:-) It was equip fairly well and there are places to sit outside in both front and back. The back area has a lot of potential it just needs some more attention and they could use some cleaning supplies for the tables and chairs out there. Jen was very easy to work with as we had several changes leading up to our trip. She was very gracious. It was a nice stay. Thank you!

The Spot was indeed a fantastic spot for our family! A quiet neighborhood with close proximity to Downtown and to UK campus. We enjoyed a morning walk to Doodles for breakfast! The house was very clean, well designed/decorated and very clean. All linens were provided. Great backyard & charcoal grill out back. Will definitely be back!Well done designing this house, ladies!
