About this property

This is a beautiful and unique home in SLO, featuring 5 full bedrooms and 4 full baths across 3,500 spacious square feet, and a large deck looking out over Bishop's Peak. The property also backs up to Cerro San Luis (Madonna Mountain), with stellar views and hikes all around. It's in an established and safe neighborhood that's only a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown. The home also sits on the foothills of Cerro San Luis and is minutes away from amazing hiking trails.

The home is perfect for family getaways--but not for parties! * Please plan on quiet stays to respect the neighbors.

Max number of guests is 9. Any additional guests must be approved in writing by owner before booking, and are charged a $50/night per guest.

Please note that all cancellations will be subject to a $1,000 fee regardless of when the cancellation is made, unless CA state law otherwise prohibits the imposition of the fee.

Fabulous home

We couldn’t have been happier. This is a perfect rental for a large group wanting lots of space. Very well appointed. Anthony was extremely quick to respond to anything. It’s also quite close to downtown as well as to some strenuous hiking just a block up the hill. Six stars on the five star scale.

Amazing Property

My friends and I had to make a last minute change to our weekend plans and saw this house. The location is perfectly located within walking distance of many areas, and downtown is only a 6 minute drive. The house has AMAZING views from every window upstairs, and it is incredibly spacious and clean. The hosts are very responsive and nice! I will definitely recommend to friends that want a nice relaxing weekend!

Great location for big groups

We were all guests of a friends wedding and it was the perfect house for a large group of people. We had 10 stay here and it was perfect room sizes and enough bathrooms for all. The common spaces were great to hang out in and the outdoor space was equally as lovely. We loved how close we were to the downtown and easily accessible from the highways since we were doing a lot of activities around SLO. Ian was extremely communicative and helpful, great spot to host a big group!
