Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), 1 bedroom without opening to the outside but window in second day overlooking the living room (2 single bunk beds 90x190 cm). Private terrace and large grounds. Private parking for 2 cars. Adjoining the owners' farm, this authentic country farm is accessible via a flat, stone-paved, and accessible 200-meter path. It opens onto a vast, unfenced plot of 3000 m², ideal for fully enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the landscape. The exceptional mountain panorama and the surrounding calm make it a true haven of peace. The nearest shops are in La Féclaz during the tourist season, or 13 km away in a supermarket for your daily needs.
