Property was ideal for our stay and in a wonderful location. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic and very secure for our small dog. Communication with Celina, Michael and Valerie was really easy. Some information in a welcome pack would have been helpful though, although Michael kindly offered to help if we needed any suggestions etc. Thank you.

A bumpy stay

A good house in a good location with a variety of outdoor areas to chill and enjoy the pool. We experienced a few issues during our stay however, and feel that it could be better managed as a holiday rental. Be aware that there is an additional charge for cleaning (paid in cash), on top of the price quoted upon booking.

Great house in nice area

We spent a month in april in this house. We had a very good time. The house was nice and the outdoor areas too. Good outdoor cooking facilities. Since we were there in the spring the pool was a little bit cold, but we could swim quickly a couple of times. The neighbourhood was very beautiful and within walking distance there are several view points with stunning views. There are also a couple of restaurants a short walk from the house and a small shop and a supermarket. Even so, we recommend to have a car so you can go to the beautiful beaches and the small city of Javea. We really recommend this house for a nice and relaxing holiday!

Perfect holiday!

You meet Dolores on check in and her and her very friendly husband and brother in law show you around the villa and how everything works. They were so welcoming towards my family and it started the holiday off great. The villa is a home from home. We would be out at the most beautiful beaches but would want to go home to the villa! The outdoor areas are perfection, sea and mountain views from the roof terrace, the orange trees in the garden. The pool, bar and bbq area were brilliant, you never get bored because there’s so many different places to enjoy. The children loved it. The area was so quiet and felt so safe. We loved the villa, loved Javea and would love to go back. Thanks so much for being so accommodating Celine.

An Excellent 5 weeks

Thanks to Celina, Valerie & Michael for their prompt attention to any of our concerns. We stayed for 5 weeks as a couple with Poppy, our dog, and was joined by our daughter and family for six days. This property definitely worked for us. It was well equipped and close to a choice of shops and restaurants. The large garden was secure and the gated AstroTurf area was ideal for the 2 and 6 year olds to play safely. We did not use the pool or the many outdoor facilities provided. The 55” Smart TV was a hit for us and the youngsters with access to programmes and sites we all use at home. Internally, all rooms were spacious and on one level so again, safe for the children. We would happily return. As feedback to the team, the heating (we stayed March & April) was very expensive for what was delivered and the garage provision was great but clearly needs attention. Lastly, and unusually, there was no written guidance on the property, which would have helped.

Perfect In Every Way!

We spent 2 weeks at this beautiful villa at the beginning of June. A warm and friendly welcome from Céline to a perfectly clean home, the house has everything a family could need. The modern kitchen is particularly well equipped with every appliance. The gardens, outside space and pool area are stunning with a separate outside kitchen and eating area, a bar with refrigerator by the pool, a shaded area to sit and plenty of chairs and sun loungers. There’s even a separate area to play table tennis, or in our case boules. The views from the solarium are stunning from which the port, Arenal, Montgo all the way around to Cumbre del Sol and the various sea views in between can be seen. Sunsets viewed from the house are just glorious. The San Antonio lighthouse can also be seen working at night from the house at night too all the way across the other side of the bay. In terms of facilities, there are a number of restaurants within walking distance of the house, along with Bianca’s little shop for morning bread and newspapers at the bottom of the hill and a supermarket a little further towards the Cabo la Nao lighthouse. A really peaceful location within just 10 minutes drive of the bustle and noise of downtown Javea. Thank you for having us Céline! We’ll hopefully be back next year.

Dit was voor ons de eerste keer voor een lange periode, 2 maanden weg uit het koude Nederland. We hebben genoten van casa Sofia, prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk rustig en met goed weer heerlijk in de tuin. Alles is aanwezig en Celine is een lieve gastvrouw, het enige minpunt is de bank, wat een akelig bankstel, echt niet op te zitten zonder rugklachten te krijgen. Voor de rest is dit huis een aanbeveling waard.

Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen und ankommen

Die wunderbare Villa auf dem Balkon al Mar hat uns eine perfekte zweite Urlaubswoche beschert. Mein Mann, Ich und unser Hund haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt wie bei Freunden zu Hause. Der Ausblick (vor allem der Sonnenuntergang)war atemberaubend. Der Pool hatte die perfekte Größe und auch die Tischtennisplatte hat uns große Freunde bereitet. Mit dem Auto ist alles super schnell erreichbar. (Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellente location. Maison très bien équipée aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Bonne situation proche de toutes les magnifiques criques de la région. Quartier très calme et sécurisant. Sérénité et belles vues à 360 degrés depuis le solarium, vue mer et magnifiques couchers de soleil. Maison très confortable, lumineuse avec tout le confort. Bouquet télévision incroyable, toutes les chaînes s’y trouvent locales et internationales. Jeux de société, livres, prospectus des sites touristiques etc… Quant à l’extérieur il est juste parfait, très beau jardin, beaux espaces de détente, une super cuisine d’été équipée, toilettes et douche extérieures, belle piscine très propre avec bar extérieur et frigo et des divertissements pour tous les goûts, billard, table de Ping Pong, fléchettes. Bref une location parfaite et cerise sur le gâteau la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires. Excellente communication et accueil de la part de Céline et son mari. Merci pour tout et nous recommandons vivement cette location où nous reviendrons certainement si nous revenons dans la région.

Traumhaus in toller Lage

Anfang September für 2 Wochen durften wir hier unseren Urlaub verbringen und es ist kaum in Worte zu fassen, wie schön dieses Haus und das Grundstück ist! Wirklich ein wahrer Traum! Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber Celine und Teo war unbeschreiblich, wir haben uns von der 1.Sekunde dort richtig wohl gefühlt! Der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken befüllt für den ersten Durst bei Anreise, die Betten waren bezogen, die Handtücher lagen schon auf den Poolliegen für uns bereit. Das Grundstück bietet überall lauschige Ecken. Die Terrasse mit Outdoor Küche, Barbecue etc., die gemütliche chillige Lounge am Pool, der Bartresen mit Kühlschrank direkt am Ende des Pools, alles wirklich eine richtige Oase! Viel Spaß hatten wir auch mit dem Tischkicker. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, alles in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar und ein fantastischer Blick von der Dachterrasse! Javea erreicht man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten, Supermärkte kleine und große, einen Bäcker und nette Restaurants alles in der Nähe. Wundervolle Buchten zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen und eine tolle Landschaft. Das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar und auch für Hunde ausbruchssicher. Der Abschied von diesem Traumhaus in besonders schöner Lage und von Celine und Teo fiel uns sehr schwer, aber wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub dort!! Des vacances idéales!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La propriétaire est très accueillante et réactive à toute demande. La maison est magnifique, l'aménagement extérieur est optimal et très bien pensé pour que toute la famille puisse en profiter quel que soit l'âge! C'est calme et reposant et le coin est charmant. Sommer Urlaub 2022

Wir haben unseren Sommer Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen. Der Empfang und der Check-out und die gesamte Abwicklung verlief super und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Garten ist wunderschön und gepflegt mit einem super Pool, Terrasse Grill ecke usw. Gerne kommen wir wieder! Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt anfangs Oktober 2021 in Javea. Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber sauber und gepflegt, mit einem schönen Garten, Pool sowie grosszügiger Grillstelle (Plancha). Von Celina wurden wir herzlich empfangen, Das Haus ist ideal für Familien und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ein Supermercado mit frischem Brot ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar (400m). Einziger kleiner Mangel betrifft die Abwaschmaschine, die nicht mehr so toll gereinigt hat, sie wird aber voraussichtlich nächstens ersetzt. Celina, vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe villa

Villa typique espagnole faite pour profiter de l’extérieur ! Cuisine d’été avec plancha, bbq, point d’eau, hamac, salon de jardin et parasols. Bar au bord de la piscine avec frigo et table avec chaise. Canapé extérieur sous pergola avec tenture pouvant être ouverte ou fermée. Solarium vue mer pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Piscine avec transats. Bref, un endroit splendide pour profiter et chiller. Sans compter l’accueil chaleureux de Céline et Valérie. Merci beaucoup pour avoir contribué à des vacances réussies 😊

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, calme. La maison est très bien équipée et propre. Pour nous il ne manque que la Clim pour un confort optimum. Ses extérieurs sont parfaitement pensés avec des espaces distincts par le farniente déjeuner et apéritif. Valerie est charmante et toujours disponible idem pour Cecile notre hôte. Vacances parfaites

L'accueil de Céline est irréprochable. La villa est juste magnifique. La piscine oscille entre 28 et 30 degrés. Les espaces extérieurs sont nombreux et que dire des équipements, plancha, barbecue, baby-foot, table de ping-pong, jeux de fléchettes, nombreux transats....frigo, douche et toilettes disponibles en extérieurs. L'intérieur avec ses 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est décoré avec goût. On s'y sent vraiment bien. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.
