Our Condo overlooks golf course and water views in a fabulous gated community offering a 27-hole professional golf course and tennis club setting. We have a one car garage at the front entrance of our condo. Our condo has latest design/décor in a beautiful setting including a foyer, eat-in kitchen with rich wood cabinets, granite counter, a breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances, dining/ living room area with a 65" curved TV, a large master suite, a spacious guest bedroom, very large den with twin sofas that pull out to sgl beds, 2 full-size baths including an oversized stall shower, up-scale fixtures, and soaking tub. Upgraded washer & dryer. The unit includes two relaxing large screened-in terraces (front & back) on the main floor with panoramic views. There are many extras, like bar area with beverage fridge, new flooring, crown moldings, paneled wood doors, and 24/7 security. First floor unit with the bedrooms separated for privacy. Flat screen T.V's , Cable and wifi included.
