Welcome to Florida Bella Rosa – a charming, sun-filled lakeside condo with a warm coastal Florida vibe, lovingly decorated to make you feel right at home. Located in the sought-after Shorewalk Vacation Villas community, you’ll almost sense the gentle Anna Maria Island breeze drifting through your stay.

We’re just 7 miles from the stunning Gulf/Anna Maria Island beaches and only 2 miles from IMG Academy, with Sarasota–Bradenton International Airport just a 20-minute drive away.



WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE: Publix supermarket, Amped Fitness, Aldi Grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Golf course, restaurants and Regal Oakmont movie theater Shorewalk), shopping center and restaurants. Free parking on premises.

The condo features a master king bed with dresser, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, the second bedroom boasts 2 twin beds. It is comfortably turn-key furnished and we provide our guests with free TV Cable, and Wi-Fi Internet.

The master bedroom displays a comfy, solid and elegant furniture equipped with a comfortable King size bedroom set. Also, it features a desk & office chair for remote work.
Bedroom #2- 2 twin beds with bathroom: The second bedroom displays 2 twin beds.
Full Kitchen w/ dining: The upgraded kitchen is provided with brand new appliances: refrigerator with top freezer and ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave also toaster, coffeemaker and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and plates need it to cook your own meals.
Living Room: You will be surprised as well by the tropical style of the setting of the living room.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened lanai with table and chairs overlooking a peaceful pond with water fountain. Fresh bedding, towels and soaps will be provided upon your arrival.
Free parking on premises in the front of the building. There is no parking allowed for commercial vehicles.

A great condo.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen had everything one would need while vacationing. We also enjoyed the view of the pond/fountain that was backing the unit. Our kids loved the heated pools. Also, this property is close to Ana Maria Island as well which is filled with nice beaches and some unique restaurants/eateries like Beach House, Ugly Grouper, Tide Tables just to name a few for delicious local seafood. Thank you to the host Daniel who was very attentive throughout our stay!

Perfect fit for our family

This condo was just what we needed. My husband, 4-year old daughter and myself thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Clean, comfortable, easily accessible, safe area, and quiet. All things that are important to us. The only bad part is there is no availability for several months. We would love to come back next month, but no dates are open. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect for our trip for baseball

We stayed here while our high school boys played all week at IMG. It’s a perfect location to be close to the facility. Only negative was the listing states 4:00 check in. And after a long day of traveling it was disappointing to be told it wouldn’t be ready till closer to 6:00. Having a toddler in tow we tried to plan accordingly. Otherwise we would choose to stay here again if in the area.

Perfect for Christmas Visit

Great two bedroom condo. Very clean and filled with bright sunshine. Master king bed was super comfy. All new appliances and comfortable furniture to watch TV. Added bonus was a nice desk and chair if you needed to do some work or to check your email while on vacation. Location is very convenient. Great stay! Perfect for our family visit to Bradenton FL.

This condo had everything that we could ask for. Location was conveniently close to my father who we were visiting in Bradenton. Easy access to dining and shopping options in the area. The complex was very quiet during our stay. Beautiful pond with geese and ducks directly behind the unit. We enjoyed breakfast on the enclosed back patio each morning. Nice updated appliances in the kitchen. Laundry equipment in the unit was helpful. Just a great experience all around and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Pool Rules Ruined Stay

Potential renters beware! If you enjoy lounging in the pool as a part of your stay avoid this property. They don't allow any type of inflatable raft, tube, chair, etc. in the pool. And the 'pool patrol' did regular walk throughs to ask "How are WE doing today? Where are your passes? They must be on display." Also...if you use a walker or wheelchair this property IS NOT handicap accessible. The unit itself was fine. Nice kitchen appliances, adequate dishes, etc. Unit was clean and comfortable.

I loved that it is a corner unit, in a very quiet, centrally located area. When you first open the door, you are greeted with so much natural light, which gives you a welcoming feeling right from the start. The unit is spacious and very clean. The host Daniel replies immediately to any concerns. I will definitely book this place again when I am in the area.

Quiet time before daughter’s wedding.

Very clean comfortable place, great master bed. Didn’t try others. Master bath with walk in shower very nice. Location relative to AMI and Bradenton great. Location from pool, for me who’s handicap, too far. I got some exercise going to pool, not all bad. Location was quiet and enjoyed watching ducks, geese and other birds. Able to open doors for fresh morning air. Did not interact with property manager, was in contact with property owner who was very responsive. Could have used more information about property earlier but understand policy. Getting information two day’s before means I am looking at everything owner sent me on my phone. Unable to print anything to bring along. Got it figured out. Had a very nice stay.
