TOP location, TOP equipment, TOP service. As a family with four children, we have been spending our vacation days in holiday homes or apartments for a long time. We wanted to design our apartments the way we imagine the ideal apartment.

The house offers comfortable space for approx. 300m2 for 12 people, divided into the apartments LISA for 8 people on the upper floor and the apartment LAURA for 4 people on the ground floor.

Apartment LAURA: 120 m2, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, large, cozy and open area for cooking, eating and relaxing, south-facing, lake view; to the south floor-to-ceiling glass with sliding elements on the 100m2 terrace; Bring nature and the wonderful panorama into your home! Another covered terrace facing south east.

Start your mountain bike tour directly from the house, run on beautiful forest paths or stroll along the numerous hiking trails of the Gerlitzen. In less than ten minutes you are at the Ossiachersee, in a short time in the Nockberge, the Karawanken or in the beautiful Friuli. In winter they are a quarter of an hour from the valley station of the Gerlitzenbahn - the entrance to the Gerlitzen ski area; or in an hour in the top ski areas of the Alps (Kranka Gora, Nassfeld, Schiwelt Amade) Holidays couldn't be nicer.
