Offers Peaceful Surroundings & a comfortable stay in a walkable neighborhood. Convenient to Downtown Milton by car or boat, it's close to bike trails & only 30 minutes to Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, or Downtown Pensacola.
Each side has a private driveway and separate entrance with a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom and the 2nd bedroom with 2 Full-Size Beds.
Gather inside in the comfortable Living room, Kitchen Island, or outside around the Outdoor Fire Pit.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Collect all used towels and put them in the shower
Clean all food & trash and take trash to the burgundy can by the road
Wash dishes or put them in the dishwasher and start (dish pods located under the sink)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
