Cabin is nestled within a working Horse Farm. This is a 3-acre property total. The Cottage is nestled between the 2 pastures and has its own private driveway. It’s adjacent up to Florida Scenic Trailways and Yellow River Reserve.

On-Site Farm Managers live on the Front Pasture and feed and water the horses next to the Cabin aily. With 24-hour notice, they are happy to provide a Complimentary Interaction with the Horses including Treats.

About 35 minutes to Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, Downtown Pensacola or Downtown Milton. Less than 7 miles to I-10, Exit 31.

There are a variety of restaurants nearby as well as activities such as canoeing, kayaking, ziplining and shopping. Our Property adjoins the Florida Scenic Trail with direct access to the Orange, White, and Blue Trails and Several Creeks within a 15–20-minute hike.

Horse stalls are adjacent to the cabin, so guests can choose to watch or participate in a complimentary Equine Experience. The Horses love (supervised) attention and (approved) treats. Just message the host to schedule your free Equine Experience.

ONE Small, Friendly Dog (less than 45 lbs) MAY be allowed if $ 35 Pet Fee is Paid Prior to Check-In. Owners must Keep Pet OFF the Furniture while Inside, ON a Leash While Outside and Clean up after Pets Inside and Out.

Guests begin their adventure at Eagles Landing by entering the 2nd gate and following the driveway up to the Cabin. Please park only on the asphalt driveway due to underground utilites. Door codes and Wi-Fi password provided for self-check-in will be provided a couple hours prior to check in. Guest book includes property and local information.

This property has a spiral staircase and all beds are located in the upstairs loft. There are also steps required to access the interior space of the property. Please plan accordingly.

Follow the driveway through the second gate to the Farm Cottage. Cottage is Reserved Exclusively for Guests; however, Farm Manager or Host may access the yard around the Cottage, farm shed behind the Cottage or laundry room for Farm chores and other farm activities.

Our horses are NOT Available for Riding. Paid Rides can be booked through our Trainer or local stables, additional information available.

This property is a little off the beaten path and offers access to hiking, bike, and horse trails, as well as nearby opportunities for kayaking and outdoor adventures.

All beds are upstairs, accessed by spiral staircases.

Some amenities are shared on the front pasture, such as fire-pit, camping chairs, grill, and outdoor tables. Clean up after yourself and put things back where you found them.

Eagles Landing is a working horse farm. Equine activities are inherently dangerous; therefore, guests are not permitted in horse pastures or paddocks at any time.

Please do NOT feed horses unless accompanied by a host or trainer. Horses are livestock, not pets. We strive to create a safe interaction between our horses and guests.

We give our guests privacy, but live nearby. We love sharing our knowledge and passion for horses. However, you are responsible for your safety and those you allow on the property.

We care about the properties we manage. Additional Fees will be charged for extra cleaning, smells and damages. We will charge for Unauthorized Pets, Smoking, Unauthorized Guests, Parties, Events or If all House Rules (Including Quiet Hours) and Check-out instructions are not followed.
