This fully updated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Ocean Villa is situated on the 3rd floor of the Atlantis Building within the Oceanfront Island Club Gated Community. Guests of 3301 Island Club can look forward to breathtaking oceanfront views and inspiring sunrises from their private balcony.

The ocean view living room features comfortable updated furnishings, a large 55" flat screen Smart TV, and ample seating on the private oceanfront balcony. The open floor plan includes a dining area that seats 6, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities.

The oceanfront master suite is furnished with a king bed, a 50" flat screen Smart TV, and a private bath with glass shower. In the guest bedroom, you will find a queen and a twin bed, a 43" flat screen Smart TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Beach access is easy via the Atlantis 1 Beach Path, which is accessible by following the sidewalk to the front of the Atlantis Building.

During your stay, enjoy the beach, relax by one of the 3 terraced pools, splash with the little ones in the zero entry baby pool with mushroom fountain, or take advantage of 1 hour per day of free tennis at any of the 9 tennis courts. Additional onsite amenities include a large lagoon for catch and release fishing, a playground, basketball courts, onsite bike rentals, and a fitness center.

The Island Club Resort is perfect for visitors seeking a fun and quality vacation.

Condo was exactly as described. We had a small issue with the air and it was addressed quickly. Kitchen is more than fully stocked with duplicate items even, was wonderful. Comfy beds, sofas, and dining table had room for all. Another bonus was having 4 beach chairs and beach towels. Will definitely stay again.

The condo was clean and the kitchen nicely equipped and always a plus to have a washer and dryer. It was especially nice to have the nice quality beach chairs and towels with the unit. Having two elevators to use and ample luggage carts made life easy. TV's in the living room as well as both bedrooms is a plus. Outdoor grills, games and playground is very nice for families. The paths to the beach are nice and well maintained.

We had a beautiful view from our third floor balcony overlooking the playground area and the ocean. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was so nice to have Pickleball courts and bike rentals available on the property. It is such a convenient location... Close to shopping, good restaurants, and wonderful bike trails. Just a couple of suggestions for updates: it would be nice to have a Keurig coffee maker, and the blender needs to be replaced. Other than that, we absolutely loved it.

Great location and beach views

Property was in great condition and perfect for our family. The check-in process was simple and the door code made it easy to access the condo throughout our stay. The condo had a view of the beach, which my husband and I enjoyed each night after the kids went to bed. We will return!

My only complaint is that there was no way to secure the door from the inside. There was the keypad lock, but no deadbolt on the inside where someone with a code couldn't come in.

We love staying at Island Club, and we have been staying with them for years and renting through different agencies. Wholeheartedly, I can honestly say, renting through Hilton Head Rentals, particularly Mark, was the easiest rental I have ever been involved with in my 26 years of coming to the island. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was excited for the trip, but when we arrived we were disappointed to find several issues right as we checked in. The freezer ice maker had a note on it saying it would not produce much ice. Under the beds and furniture were clothing items, dust and food and sand. The clothes washer was badly molded. Condo stayed very warm and humid with the air requested to stay on 70 degrees. Overall room was very drab and didnt have a home like feeling as many other condos we have stayed at there before always seem to have. Still like the Island club but will know to avoid this room in the future.

Rocky Start but Great Stay

When we arrived there was no one at the guard pavilion and no one answering the phones at property management. It was dark and visibility was challenging. After riding around for 20 mins and several calls to number provided on the email (btw I still haven’t received a call and the trip is over) security finally arrives. He was so nice and apologetic. He told us exactly where our villa was located. The villa was gorgeous. I was able to access the balcony from both the living room and master BR. Fabulousnessss!!! The view of the ocean from our balcony was breathtaking. I literally allowed the ocean to cradle me to sleep every night. We even (yes me and the ocean) spent each morning together exchanging thoughts as we enjoyed coffee. I am a frequent Hilton Heady so I have stayed on every corner. This was one of my favorites without a doubt. I really wish I could purchase the unit. Thanks for a wonderful experience. I will be back.

We arrived late in the evening/night and the directions were not very clear which building the condo was located in. Thankfully we figured it out and after that everything was great. The condo has everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. Location to the beach was perfect. Only wish the pool was as close too. We will definitely be returning.
