Large and thoughtfully updated condo in the perfect Park City location. Hot tub, fitness center, heated garage parking w/ ski storage, smart TVs with cable, fireplace, balcony, fast WiFi, fully stocked granite kitchen, and a pool(summertime). Sitting directly under Utah Olympic Park, you`re only minutes from the Canyon`s Village at Park City Mountain Resort, 10 min drive from Main St., and also on a bike path (with rentals close by) and only a short ride to restaurants, bars and shops!

When walking into this unit, you`re immediately delighted with a classy and cozy, yet open feel. With the dining room, kitchen with a large granite island, and living room connected, your family or group can enjoy each other`s company, or retreat to one of the large three private bedrooms for quiet time. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with large shower and separate large bath tub. There is a shared hot tub for the building as well as another located near the fitness center.

We give our guests privacy and are available if you have any questions at any point!
No pets.

No parties or events.

No extra guests.

No smoking. Guests will be charged the whole security deposit if they smoke in the house.

Great place! Close to everything.

This property is great! Close to everything in Park City but outside of the chaos. The house is clean, nice and very comfortable. My family of 5 and cousins stayed for a week and looked forward to coming back to relax after a day on the slopes. Out of all of the places I’ve stayed, the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on at a rental property. Close proximity to the hot tub was super convenient and made for a nice relaxing evening every night. The manager, Drew was very friendly and quickly available when we had questions.I would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone looking for a great place near all of the great outdoor activities that Park City has to offer.

Everything with renting this property went smoothly. Drew was very responsive. The price was great, we enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, the condo was clean and very nice. Plenty of towels and bedding. The location was perfect for visiting the Olympic Park! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Weekend ski getaway!

This property was perfect! Fit all 8 of us great with two sleeping on the full out couch. The place was really nice and the complex was great as well! Was really easy to park in the garage and we even had a storage unit right in the garage where we could keep our skis so we didn’t have to bring them upstairs. We spent time in the hot tub which was great. The place is walking distance from a bus stop that takes you right to the park city ski resort! We also used the bus stop to easily get into town as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun ski weekend trip! I was with a group of friends but was definitely a family friendly area as well.
