Family friendly

Love staying here! This was our second time. We enjoy the location, parking being not in a garage, the fact that every room is beachfront and that it’s so family friendly. There aren’t any drunk kids running around. We can feel like our kids are getting a safe, drama free vacation.

We love Panama City Beach and all that there is to do there. This condo exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for the 3 of us. We have stayed at Long Beach Resort several times and it is our favorite- perfect location, great pools and The Hang Out bar at the pool has great drinks, music and food.

I have stayed at Long Beach Resort before. When I walked in the room it was a very pretty room. However it was absolutely filthy it looked clean upon appearance. I got in touch with the host who by the way quit responding the very next day but she did send somebody in to clean it and this head of cleaning said she had never seen such an outdated room and unclean room since she's been there. We had to spend an hour cleaning before we could even enjoy our vacation or unpack our belongings it was filthy white socks were black on the bottom the commodes were gross we were afraid to not wash the sheets so we washed our sheets and dried them before we could even go to bed and it was very late when we got there the host quit responding to me and I was very nice. I don't recommend running this room it's very outdated if you're going to pay this much money get a nicer place. I was very very disappointed the mirrors were disgusting the sinks were not clean they appeared to be clean but they were not clean when I cleaned them myself you could fill the gunk all on them but sure enough it all washed off. The back porch had probably not in a very long time been swept off and it caused us to have a sand problem all week long until I figured it out so we left the pile of sand on the back porch so the next people staying there could enjoy their stay instead of dealing with sand coming from the porch into the room. You could not tell that much saying was on there because it's the exact same co

We are sorry to hear that the guest was disappointed with her stay, but we feel it is important to clarify what actually occurred. The guest arrived at approximately 5:00 PM and contacted us. We offered to have our housekeeper return immediately to the unit to address anything that needed attention.The guest declined and said she preferred for the housekeeper to come the following morning. Our housekeeper is someone we trust and have worked with consistently for years. She does an excellent job, and we rarely receive complaints about her cleaning. .We also offered to refund the cleaning fee as a courtesy to this renter. We made every reasonable effort to address the concerns as soon as they were brought to our attention. We responded to every message the guest sent, of which there were many. Unfortunately, the guest continued to raise additional trivial concerns and ultimately sought compensation beyond the cleaning fee.It is also worth noting that the unit was left in a very messy condition at checkout, along with a belittling note criticizing our cleaner. Given that our cleaners consistently do a great job and rarely receive complaints, this was particularly disappointing. We take cleanliness and guest concerns seriously and are always willing to correct legitimate issues when they are brought to our attention. We understand that every guest has different expectations, but we believe future guests deserve the full context. We stand behind our cleaning team & their efforts.

Great location and condo

The condo was perfect for the 5 of us but 6 would have worked well too. Comfy beds. Beautiful balcony view. Great location right in front of the resort to relax. Walking distance to several great eating places and a short drive to others. This is my 2nd year in a row to stay in Long Beach Resort. Highly recommend this condo.

Perfect Little Place

Long Beach is a wonderful place to stay, but can be expensive for a family of 6. This one bedroom condo that sleeps 6 was the perfect price for us. The condo has everything you need to get by. Only complaint is that it needs a good deep clean and could use some updates. We would stay here again.
