Great Location to ski Mammoth

A short walk to Canyon Lodge and convienent to the bus system. Great set up for our group of friends.

Rental management Company does not care about you

The property was ok - the previous reviews were more accurate (electric was finnicky, 2 phones in one room tripped a breaker). The tile is everywhere and the carpets are a bit outdated, but it is a nice ski in and out property right off the mountain. The issue falls with the management company, Sarah and her partner, as they do not give you a key but instead a lockbox that everyone has the code to. the lockbox was jammed a couple times then completely stopped working. After we were locked out and the storm started to roll through - Sarah and her partner decided to not answer my phone calls but instead text back every 10 mins or so saying to wait for them to be done with another client. The host said things, via text, like - "it could be worse you could be in the gaza strip" as well as "try not locking yourself out it seems like a you problem" ---- DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE

1849 Condos

The location of the condo is absolutely fantastic. The property size is great and suited our family quite well. I wish the property had more of a mountain feel, the decor is a bit "over the top".

Convenient Skiing Location

Nice place, close to Canyon Lodge. Lots of tile everywhere (floors, walls, etc), exactly as shown on images during rental process. One of the other guests (in another unit, not our guests) children decided to place chunks of concrete inside our the wheels (resting adjacent to the brake calipers) on our car when it was parked out in front of our unit. We observed them do it, but then their parents denied their children had done so when we brought it to their attention. Not the fault of the property, but still, it was just a reminder that you have to watch your things everywhere you go because other people often don't know how to supervise their children from damaging others' property.

Great condo and amazing location

We had a great time everything was so easy from booking to check out! The location was just as described and as clean as you could expect. The amenities of the locations were perfect and we will definitely consider this condo again for our next trip!
