About this property

Renovated wine cellar in the heart of the Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc

It is as a family that we renovated and redesigned this old wine cellar. Areas have been created for our children, nephews and students to study in complete serenity. It is overflowing with books, spaces dedicated to reading, reading areas, places conducive to studying, while maintaining harmony in the same living spaces. We hope it inspires you too.

THE HOUSE:
Less than 30 minutes from the sea, this house combines modern countryside charm and elegance inspired by English pubs.

Persian rugs, period furniture, bookcases and various atmospheres create a unique, friendly and refined setting, where everyone can find their space.

Each space has been designed to offer comfort and inspiration, every detail has been thought out to offer you a warm and unique stay.

In this old house, renovated with originality, you will find a living room open to the fitted kitchen, a nice laundry room, 2 bedrooms each with its own toilet, sink and shower.
A charming covered and shaded terrace opening onto an outdoor terrace (table and chairs for 4pers).PGJyPg
Carpets, paintings and antique objects give it a unique charm, influenced by a Harry Potter culture, the famous English Pubs but also the charm of our chic French countryside.

Expect to hear the old wooden floors singing, the doors creaking, a great singularity in decorative objects or paintings. Lovers of modern homes refrain. You will nevertheless find the comfort of modernism (top-of-the-range appliances, air conditioning in the bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, steam generator, TV, wifi, automatic lights in the downstairs toilets etc...).
PGJyPg
As for the interior of the house, the atmosphere is soft, books and bookcases will surround you, armchairs will envelop you, tables will awaken your desire to write....
PGJyPgPGJyPg
Upstairs, you will have 2 air-conditioned bedrooms available, each with its own toilet, shower and sink.

The private parts of the floor to which you do not have access will be locked. A milling staircase leads to this private part which you will not have to use.

The ground floor is all yours, office, living room, kitchen, laundry room, toilet, terrace. One room, one atmosphere to discover!

How to get to Cébazan?PGJyPg
Si If you arrive from the EAST of France, you will go around Béziers to take the main directions of St Pons, or Castres, or Mazamet. No need to look for the house in the village of Cébazan because we are located on the D612 (GPS) which crosses Cébazan. So very easy to find. You will enter the address: 84 route de Béziers, 34360 Cébazan and you will park on the left or right pavements. The house is made of stone and is recognisable by its large bay window.
If you come from the WEST of France, exit at Narbonne or Carcassonne. By Carcassonne, you will see bucolic landscapes and a very pleasant and fluid departmental road (limited to 80km/h).
