Delight in the radius of up to about 4-15 km of beautiful sights such as the DO-City, the "Old Market" and the waistcoat and Ostenhellweg "shopping street", the Dortmunder U Centre for Art and Creativity the Municipal Theatre one of the largest in Germany, the famous Dortmund Westfalenhalle, BVB Stadium, Westfalenpark with Florianturm, Romberg Park, Phoenix Lake, Hohensyburg and Hengsteysee more. The apartment was absolutely perfect! Had all the amenities and everything we needed to experience Dortmund and Euro 2024. The check in/check out process was flawless, with Ernst informing and updating us every step of the way. The next time we are in Dortmund we will book again! Danke!!!

Neuwertiges Appartement in ruhiger Lage mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Supermarkt und Imbiss in Laufnähe und Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit kleiner ausreichender Küche. Die Lage ist gut um schnell mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Wir haben ein Spiel des BVB besucht und dafür war es perfekt.Sehr sauber und ruhig.

Super ausgestattet und alles in bestem Zustand

Ich habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Nette Vermieter, schöne Gegend am Stadtrand von Dortmund und relativ kurzer Weg zur TU Dortmund (780 m = 11-12 min zu Fuß plus 1 Station = 2 min mit der S-Bahn). Das Apartement ist super ausgestattet, alles ist in bestem Zustand und das Bett ist sehr bequem, sodass ich während meines Aufenthaltes hier hervorragend geschlafen habe. Alles war perfekt !

Leider konnten wir das Appartment aus privaten Gründen nicht nutzen. Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon mal dort und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und jederzeit bereit, auf Sonderwünsche einzugehen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu einem CL - Spiel vom BVB vor Ort. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos (Über einen Schlüsselsafe), die Ausstattung top. Bequemes Bett, kostenloser Kaffee und Tee, eine Flasche Wasser, sowie zwei Flaschen Bier wurden uns bereitgestellt. Tolle Wohnung, toller Gastgeber. Danke für den unkomplizierten Aufenthalt.

sehr freundlicher Empfang, tolle Ein Zimmer Wohnung der es an nichts fehlt. perfekte Kommunikation.

vom Check In, über hervorragende Tipps zum einkaufen und Essen gehen, bis hin zum komplikationslosen Checkout alles prima. Ich hätte mir einen zusätzlichen Stuhl am Bett gewünscht, aber auch das lies sich auch so problemlos lösen. Auch freie Parkplätze waren kein Problem.

Es gab wirklich nichts zu meckern. Modernes Ambiente, anpassbare farbliche LED-Beleuchtung im gesamten Apartment, ein sehr bequemes Bett und das Bad war ohne jeglichen Makel, als wäre ich der erste Gast/Nutzer. Ich komme gern wieder...
