The apartment is located on the groundfloor of the Villa and consists of one living room with dining corner and two double bedrooms. Bathroom with shower. Kitchenette with 4 stoves and electric oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. SAT-TV, hi-fi system (radio, CD, MC), DVD. A furnished terrace-garden for your dining "al fresco", barbecue, football pitch, seesaw, volleyball court and games for children, bicycles, ping pong table and common parking lot. Guest laundry room, we have also a babycot and a highchair available for our little guests.

Goede locatie van waaruit je Rome kunt bezoeken. Gastvrouw is heel behulpzaam en alles is in orde. Het zwembad is klein, maar wel prima.

Es war traumhaft...

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung zu 100% überzeugt. Das Haus ist schon älter, aber alles ist sauber und neu. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Präsentkorb mit Marmelade, Nutella und Keksen begrüßt. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren ebenfalls top. Die Liegen konnten jederzeit genutzt werden. Das ganze Grundstück ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Innerhalb von 50 Minuten waren wir am Colosseum. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Die gepflegte, schön eingerichtete Unterkunft auf dem Pinienhügel bietet alles zum Wohlfühlen, für Kinder und Erwachsene. In nahen Dörfern finden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, weitere Ziele rundum - Meer, Städte, Berge - sind gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Und doch ist es am schönsten wieder "zu Hause": schwimmen im Pool, in Ruhe lesen, selbst kochen während etwa die Kinder Fußball spielen oder mit dem Rad fahren, gemeinsam auf der Terrasse essen.

Une adresse à conserver

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Vigna Licia. Tout est pensé pour passer un bon moment dans ce logement. Avant notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous contacte pour faciliter notre arrivée. En effet, il est possible d'avoir quelques courses alimentaires ou des RomaPass. L'accueil est chaleureux. Quelques conseils de visites sont indiqués. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme. Il est possible de rejoindre le centre ville de Rome en bus (arrêt à quelques mètres) ou en métro, via la station Laurentina. Un grand parking facilite le stationnement. Vigna Licia est une très bonne adresse pour visiter Rome et ses alentours. Merci encore !

Afslapning nær Rom

Allerede inden vi ankom til Vigna Licia, havde vi været i kontakt med Licia, som havde hjulpet med at arrangere Taxa fra lufthavnen til lejligheden, samt handlet ind til frokost for os. Lejligheden var stor og dejlig. Passede fint til en familie på 4. Der var dejlige udendørsfaciliteter med en pool og en lille fodboldbane. Beliggenheden er et godt stykke uden for Rom, og egen bil er nødvendig, da de italienske busser ikke er specielt stabile.

Auf diesem Wege möchten wir uns noch einmal für die schönen Urlaubstage in der Vigna Licia bedanken. Nach den täglichen Eindrücken der wunderschönen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Rom und Umgebung war die Vigna Licia eine Oase der Entspannung. Die weitläufige Anlage ist herrlich! Zitronen,Limonen und Mandarinenbäume,, sowie der Ausblick von der Veranda lassen den Tag schon wunderbar beginnen.Ein besonderes "Dankeschön" an Licia. Vigna Licia

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Vigna Licia. We troffen een mooi en schoon appartement. Het complex heeft een lekker zwembad, mooie zonweide en diverse faciliteiten (o.a. tafeltennis, voetbal- en volleybalveld) voor kinderen. We hebben dagtripjes gemaakt naar Rome en Ostia (rij ten zuiden voorbij Ostia voor de mooiste stranden) en de opgravingen bij Ostia Antica bezocht. Heerlijk gezwommen in Lago Albano bij Castel Gandolfo, de oude romeinse weg Via Appia Antica bewandeld en de tuinen van Tivoli bezocht (Villa d'Este is erg bijzonder). Al met al een prima en goed betaalbare uitvalsbasis voor een lekker weekje Rome en omgeving!

EXCELLENTE ADRESSE

J'ai passé d'excellentes vacances au calme, dans un environnement des plus agréable. Idéal pour se reposer et profiter de Rome, tout à fait accessible en transport. La maison est très propre et la propriétaire est accueillante et d'excellents conseils pour les visites. L'endroit est parfaitement sécurisé avec un portail électrique et un gardien sur place, qui a su se montrer aussi charmant et disponible. Je recommande cette maison aux familles avec enfants car il y a un bel espace vert équipé pour jouer au hand-ball et au football, ainsi qu'une piscine au milieu des espaces verts particulièrement soignés. J'espère avoir l'occasion de revenir

Appartement dans un endroit très charmant ainsi que les propriétaires et le maitre des lieux le chat "leo".C'est très propre et bien entretenu,tout y est vraiment bien pensé jusqu'au moindre détail pour notre confort : accueil,conseil et aide,internet,mise à disposution de vélos,livres,guides...jusqu'au savon ,schampoing en dose...eau , jus de fruit et collations pour l'arrivée.Excellente adresse pour visiter rome et vivre à la campagne en meme temps.Le bus passe chaque heure ou demi heure (selon saison) devant la maison et s'arrete à 100 metres du métro.Idéal...J'ai déja conseillé cet endroit à plusieurs de nos connaissances,nous en sommes revenus absolument ravis.Merci pour tout.

Tranquility in Rome!

Fantastic apartment in idyllic surroundings. Equipped to an extremely high standard. Everything in the apartment you could wish for. The pool was lovely as to was the whirlpool and the gardens were a pleasure to relax in after a busy day in Rome city. Extremely easy to get into Rome city with the metro only a 10 mins drive. Beach also only 15 mins away (but beware of traffic jams in August). The owner is lovely and very helpful as is Eli the caretaker. All in all a superb place to stay, probably one of the best places I have stayed in.

Wij hebben alles als zeer positief ervaren. H De gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk en bereidwillig om ons wegwijs te maken ondanks onze late aankomst. Zelfs boodschappen waren verzorgd. Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad, ook met de vriendelijke ondersteuning van Eli. Probleemloos en aan te raden, is onze conclusie. Ook het openbaar vervoer is goed bruikbaar en niet duur. Wij komen zeker weer terug.

We werden goed ontvangen door Eli. Het huis was makkelijk te vinden. Appartement 2 was ruim en schoon. Alles was aanwezig, zoals ruim voldoende borden en bestek. Genoeg handdoeken, doekjes en zelfs 2 vaatwastabletten. Helaas hadden we de verwarming elke dag wel nodig(waarvoor we 6 euro extra moesten betalen). Het enige slechte was de douche, heel erg krap en een zwakke waterstraal uit een belabberde douchekop. De Amerikaanse wasmachine in het schuurtje is enorm handig qua tijd! Een computer is aanwezig, maar kan niet zoveel. De satellietontvangst voor internet is vaak heel erg traag of niet werkend. Er lopen heel wat katten rond en één is erg aanhankelijk en komt gewoon naar binnen wandelen om te slapen of voor aandacht. Er zitten 2 honden in hun hok en die kunnen nogal blaffen, maar alleen als er iemand voorbij loopt. Het zwembad is ruim genoeg maar onverwarmd(in het voorjaar niet bruikbaar). Rome is goed bereikbaar. Ongeveer een kwartier met de auto naar de metro(Laurentina), gratis parkeren mogelijk. Dan ongeveer een kwartier naar Rome centrum met de metro. Vlakbij is het restaurant Patio, simpel maar goed eten voor een lage prijs. Er is ook Agri turismo van de '4 dwergen', is ook goed maar ook een stuk duurder. Ik zou het huis zeker aanbevelen, lekker rustig buiten de grote drukke stad.

Mooie plek, ook top voor kinderen.

We hebben een fijne week gehad bij Licia. Het huis was erg netjes en de tuin was fantastisch. Er was volop speelgoed voor de kinderen. We gaan zeker nog eens terug. Oja het uitzicht vanuit ons huis was erg mooi, daar staan alleen geen foto's van op de site, maar was wel erg mooi!! Een aanrader!

Eine perfekte Woche

Liebe Licia, lieber Eli, nochmals herzlichen Dank für die perfekte Woche in der Vigna Licia! Gleich nach dem Ankommen (danke nochmal für den Abholservice am Flughafen) stellten wir fest, dass die Vigna Licia in Natura noch schöner ist, als auf den Bildern im Internet. Dank der Tipps von Euch haben wir uns sofort und problemlos zurechtgefunden und haben per Bus und Metro alle ausgesuchten Ziele sicher und schnell erreicht. Und nach den vielen Eindrücken die Rom nunmal liefert hatten wir in der Vigna Licia Abends alle Möglichkeiten zu entspannen und zu genießen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Urlaub in Rom Dez 09

Toller Urlaub in der Vigna Licia 2. Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus. Gerne hätten wir die Wohnung auch im August 2010 gebucht - ist leider schon ausgebucht. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen....
