Erin is a great host and responded to my emails and calls within the hour. We had a wonderful time and it was so relaxing. The little cottage is so cozy.The coffee shop, bar and breakfast place are just across the street. The location is perfect since Manitou Springs is just about 10 minutes away. I will definitely recommend this place!

Sleepy Hollow had a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for preparing any meal. It was charming, clean & the kiddos room was a big hit for the grandson.

Owners were GREAT to work with! Location was PERFECT! Fished with our kids every night! Loved that a pack and play was already provided! One less thing to pack! Big spacious kitchen/family living room to hang out and make great memories!

We had a great time at Moonrise Cottage! Erin (host) is so easy to communicate with and has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable! The house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. Everything was clean - beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds and toys too. It was so nice to just show up and not have to worry about anything. Great memories made and the cutest mountain town ! Perfect location with easy access to lots of fun! So thankful we stayed and would love to go back sometime!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moonrise Cottage! It was super clean, had everything we could’ve possibly needed during our stay and communication with the host was a breeze. It’s in a great location and we enjoyed watching all the wildlife through the living room windows. We will definitely be booking this cottage again when we come back! Thanks for everything!

Amazing Stay

This home was so cute and just like the photos. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the host was communicative and helpful. We loved the proximity to all of the activities that we wanted to do, and the town was so neat! We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone going to that area.

Best Birthday Snow Vacay Ever

My daughter absolutely LOVED this home for her 6th Birthday. We had special visits for the deer and plenty of snow. Everything was great there and we really enjoyed our stay!
