Erin is a great host and responded to my emails and calls within the hour. We had a wonderful time and it was so relaxing. The little cottage is so cozy. The coffee shop, bar and breakfast place are just across the street. The location is perfect since Manitou Springs is just about 10 minutes away. I will definitely recommend this place!

Homey and cozy

Sleepy Hollow had a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for preparing any meal. It was charming, clean & the kiddos room was a big hit for the grandson.

We had a great time at Moonrise Cottage! Erin (host) is so easy to communicate with and has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable! The house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. Everything was clean - beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds and toys too. It was so nice to just show up and not have to worry about anything. Great memories made and the cutest mountain town ! Perfect location with easy access to lots of fun! So thankful we stayed and would love to go back sometime!
