This inside of the property was great and beautiful. When I pulled up at the location I was a little skeptical as the landscaping and exterior could be cleaned up as well as the spider webs in the windows. I would stay in this location again.
We were in Nashville to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday with extended family and friends. This place was perfect. We were able to Uber to all the bars on Broadway. The unit was clean, and comfortable.
Allen’s Nashville property is absolutely amazing for a big group. We were a group of 14 and there was more than enough space. Allen was attentive and understanding - he quickly responded to any request or inquiry we had. The home was clean and updated. The kitchen and living area was our favorite! I cannot recommend this property enough!
The house had a great location and was tastefully decorated. We could tell that the house and furniture were high quality. We loved the hardwood floors. We had a maintenance issue that was taken care of immediately. The only negative was that the house could have been cleaner. There was dust/dirt on window sills and base boards, fingerprints around the switch plates, scuff marks on the walls, and items left in the clothing closets. The upside was that the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean.
Everything was great my only complaint is I only has two small trash bags and no broom to clean up. Other than that everything about this place was amazing.
